Ruby's is definitely one of the best places to have a good meal in NYC! The place is very small and busy all the time but definitely worth the wait. The burgers are a most and try the chicken avocado salad!

Yoh! ... Great burgers. Juicy full of flavour and just great. We've been lots of great places on holiday and this tiny (due to expand into next door store) restaurant is just great. Has about 14 covers only but it is just great. There's a wait if your late but worth it. Ruby's on mulberry easy to walk past but... More

We stumbled on Ruby's as we were walking through a busy Little Italy. Located in Nolita, It's so small that it has 5 tables, so you're sitting next to total strangers on the same table (which, for me, makes the experience even better). There is a 20-30 min wait, but it's absolutely worth it. They have 6 different burgers. I... More

This is the charming little restaurant you always hope to find on a New York City side street. Don't miss the burger. It is so flavorful & juicy! Also, the freshly made banana bread is just like grandma used to make. Add in their basil lemonade & you have an afternoon lunch you won't soon forget:)

Life as an Aussie can be tough in NYC. Crap coffee, pricey etc; but this little place has struck a chord between offering balanced modern Australian cuisine and tasty American tucker! I don't live in NYC but I make a point of coming to Ruby's every time I am in town...the burgers are outstanding and the coffee is well...Australian, and... More

If you live in New York or you're just visiting, you HAVE to try Ruby's, not only for their yummy pasta (tasted the Shrimp Pasta being my second suggestion) or fresh salads but specially for their BRONTE BURGER!! From the fresh Ciabatta bread, to the perfectly cooked premium ground beef and most importantly the Sweet Chili Sauce, the Bronte Burger... More

Lots of people wanted to go there.. and I understood why when I tried one of their burger! Healthy and delicious, I recommend the one with betterave & pineapple: so fresh! A little bit noisy, but atmosphere is very nice. Service is good and you get your food very quickly. A place to go without hesitation!

Quarters there are close, but, you have a warm and simple environment with a handful of communal benched tables. It's the perfect place for a delicious, affordable meal with all fresh and local products.  I ordered their Coogee sandwich (portobello mushroom, avocado, zucchini, tomato, baby spinach and red pepper sauce). Best burger in New York. We had the Bronte Burger, it was deliciously cooked, served on a Ciabatta. Came with a nice salad. Tiny place but very cozy. Beware: Cash only
