Good prices, authentic food

We ate at Happy's twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. It's an authentic down-home American Diner obviously loved and frequented by locals. The food was good and plentiful. You don't REALLY want the biggest burger. Trust me; take the smaller one. It's plenty. It's so nice to find a place... read more

Just a great burger! Lots of sides, too. We wanted to eat somewhere local, instead of a chain...glad we chose Happy's!

Kind of pricy for a hamburger joint but they give you so much food you can easily share. The hamburgers are the best. Fresh patties not frozen. Not something you came across much these days.

Came in from a Caverns visit and wanted to try something local. Plenty of cars in the lot and a bunch of employees. Kind of slow in delivery. The young boy delivering trays keep picking his nose and was never told to wash his hands. It took almost 20 minutes from food order to delivery & it's just ok

This place has it's own way of doing things. It's not fast, but the burgers are very good. I'm not a burger lover, but the burgers here are delicious and some of the best I've had anywhere. But it's definitely not the place to come if you're in a hurry.

Happy's is great if you don't mind waiting for 40 minutes at a table that they might have wiped at yesterday for the wrong order to be served by someone who obviously hasn't done laundry in a while. the food itself is actually not bad if you are willing to eat whatever they bring you and can't remember far enough... We like to visit hole in the wall places, and this is a must visit. The food is cooked on an old stove, tastes homemade and the prices are reasonable. Food is served on disposable plates, and you use plastic forks, but it was great, easy clean up for us, and we enjoyed it.

Local folks/homey. good food and great big hamburgers-yum! And went back for a full breakfast-very good and great value. Order at counter, staff served and plastic forks/knives/spoon
