One doesn't have a lot of choices when going out for dinner in Carlsbad. Since Chilis is a chain restaurant, we decided to stop by for dinner. This small Chili’s is probably the first national chain sit-down restaurant one encounters driving north from Carlsbad Caverns National Park (it is next to a Wal-Mart for any needed supplies).
