The family wasn't up to eating in a restaurant after exploring Carlsbad Caverns so it was up to me to find some fast food to take back to our room. I didn't want food from any of the chains we have back home in Texas so when I spotted Blake's Lotaburger I had to try it out. The wait time... More

Basic fast-food burger, decent fries, friendly staff, but they swore they'd put the chilis on the side (it is pretty harsh for a newbie!) and they forgot (after they'd made a big deal about putting them on the side), so I had to go back and ask... but, I guess I went and survived? Probably not going to be a... More

Ate here while traveling through to the Caverns. The people were very friendly and the place was clean. I got a burger with green chili and it was really good. The fries and onion rings were also done well. Saw these all over New Mexico and was glad we stopped at one. Quick, easy, tasty.

Wow! Did not think I could get a burger like this. Flavorful meat, spicy hatch green chile, yum. Great beer batter onion rings. Very reasonable price. Quick service.

Nephew was on a quest to compare burgers, and this was the last chance before leaving the state. He's now a huge fan of Lotaburger combo with green chili. The place was having major soda issues, to that was our only complaint.

It's Saturday night so granted I figured they'd be open a little later. Got there 15 minutes before they closed. No big deal. All of the people who worked there were unprofessional. The cashier who took my order was high off his kite. Trust me I know the signs, I'm a cop I see it all the time. The other... More

My husband grew up in New Mexico, so the first place he wanted to eat was a Lotaburger when arrived into Carlsbad. We enjoyed our meal and the service was great. The man at the register was very helpful. It was delicious!!

This is one of the chain's newer restaurants, built from an old converted Burger King. Recently, National Geographic has named Blake's Lotaburger as one of the ten best burgers in the nation! In fact, they go on to say it is the best green chile cheeseburger in America. What an honor, and for good reason. These guys use 100% USDA... More
