They have a huge selection of ice cream flavors. You can go through the drive through, dine inside or outside.

This place was great for dessert after dinner. We stopped at another ice cream place but they were out of 99% of their ice creams. Kaleidoscoops had a really good selection, good prices, and good sized scoops.

This place has a lot of great flavors to choose from. The service is great, especially when all six of us walk in. I love the name, too, it is fun to say.

Ice Cream was very good. My husband said his hot fudge sundae was very good and unfortunately i chose a flavor that I wasn't crazy about. I love Moose Tracks, however, this was Extreme Moose Tracks and it was bitter dark chocolate (and I like dark chocolate) and just not to my liking. Unfortunately good ice cream prices are not... After a long drive from Northern NM, Kaliedoscoops was a smart stop. The ice cream was good, the selection was great, and the service was even better! I would definitely recommend a stop if your group is ready for a treat. Thank you Kaliedoscoops. :)

We went for an evening snack of ice cream. They had a lot of flavors, but not the usual types of Blue Bell Ice Cream. The service was fast but my husband and daughter's milkshakes were poorly mixed. One was too thick to drink and the other was WAY too thin. The price was a little high, but not rediculous.... More

Hot weather + Sweet tooth = Ice Cream! My hot fudge sundae was the perfect combination, including whipped cream and a cherry on top at no extra charge. Did I mention the hot fudge was actually hot and applied with a ladle, not a squirt bottle? Ice Cream done right!

Stopped to get a cool treat. The place was pretty crowded, but the staff was friendly. The portions were small, but priced accordingly. They had several unique flavors like More Cowbell, Trashcan, and Daquiri Ice.

We visited in the late afternoon and were the only customers at that time. Enjoyed ice cream and tried the "Texas Toothpicks' as a side with a Chicken Strip order. I had no idea what the toothpicks were. Come to find out, they are battered & deep fried tiny pepper skin strips. When ordering an ice cream sundae or banana... More

We had two cheese burgers, fries, fried pickles, and 2 small cups of ice cream. I was very surprised that the burgers and side were fairly good. Carlsbad has very limited options when it come to food and I would recommend a stop here. They have about twenty different types of ice cream and yogurt and both of our choices... More
