The staff and service are top notched. The food is very fresh and delicious. It is one of the best places to enjoy a relaxing meal.

Steaks and pasta predominate; the meals are huge, each one sufficient for two people. The tomato sauce was excellent, the pasta cooked just right. The beef was good, but a bit salty for my taste. Salads were average. The wine list includes several New Mexico brands, one of which is affiliated with the hotel. Pretty good quality and price points.

The Trinity Hotel and Restaurant are located in a tastefully restored bank that was built in 1892. Great food in an uncrowded atmosphere. I've been to much fancier restaurants whose food wasn't this good.

We had a enjoyable meal here and though they were busy our waitress was calm and unflappable even when the waitstaff took our extra bread order to the wrong table. Quite enjoyable and it seemed to be the only restaurant in that area of town that wasn't fast food.

My wife and I are from Seattle so we were reluctant to order clams in New Mexico, but it was the best clam linguine we ever had. It was prom night so they were full but they took care of us. It was one of the best meals we had on our trip.
