Charming hotel, great food, great service, friendly, clean accommodations. The filet mignon was terrific. Rooms are clean and luxurious.

From start to finish this place was amazing. Cozy rooms, delicious food, friendly staff. We ate the bruschetta, surf n turf, and filet everything was so good. Karla at the bar was so sweet.

Servers very pleasant, eager to serve. Food good but not outstanding, however probably the best this town has to offer. Everything in Carlsbad is overpriced but at least you mostly get your money's worth.

Had a tour group in Carlsbad for the Christmas light display on the Pecos River. Due to size of group, Trinity asked us to use their new restaurant/wine bar north of downtown. It was fantastic, great food using local ingredients, nice atmosphere, had entire place to ourselves. Would definitely check out their wine bar/restaurant north of downtown.

We traveled to Carslbad as a weekend getaway, and initially came in without a reservation. we came in a group of three couples, and initially seemed as if we would not be able to have dinner at The... I have eaten at the Trinity three times now and all three experiences were great. Food and staff are outstanding. Bright cheerful open restaurant area in a great old hotel right in the middle of the downtown area. By far the best dining in Carlsbad. Only minor complaint would be the place is pretty noisy so if you are looking... More

Most restaurants we've eaten in that are in the top 10 of tripadvisor rankings have been quite good. That streak came to an end at the Trinity. We were seated upstairs and the waitress acted like she was doing us a favor climbing the stairs to serve us. The Caesar dressing was poor. The special ribeye was wafer thin and... More
