A most for visitors.

Pizza and breads are to die for. Menu has much more to offer. But, the baked good are my favorite. Must try everything!

Excellent coffee and homemade baked goods. I had a ginger lemon scone to die for. The ambience is very hip and you feel like you're in an art museum. I have not tried the wood baked pizzas but they look delicious. The service is impeccable with a real hometown feel. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Weather permitting, the outdoor... More

Wonderful, generous sandwiches. I go there abut three times week for their great breads. Not fancy but comfortable. While you wait for your order you can browse in The Wrinkled Egg which opens to it. Wood burning ovens make for great baked goods.

We always stop here when going through the area. Great pastries and coffee. Pizzas are pricey. Definitely try the sticky rolls!

Being from Germany, the country with more than 300 different types of bread, where you can still find a bakery in every village and in towns and cities on almost every corner, I was so delighted to find this place. I tried a sourdough bread, that was delicious and reminded me so much of the bread in Germany!!!!! It was... More

You would never know it unless somebody told you about it. It's a good thing, because it's a very small restaurant that makes really good food. Their primary type of food is a flat bread which they absolutely rock. They have local craft beers in a variety of very interesting soups. There's a kind of hippie live in the place.... More

This is our 2nd visit. Breakfast was great several months ago. We tried lunch today when we passed through on our way home from vacation. Order at the counter. Great pizzas, salads, soups, and sandwiches. They bring your food to the table. Not many tables inside, so if it is cold bring your coat. There is a heater over one... More

A Very Tasty lunch - super bread and a lovely soup/sandwich combo. I would give the food an excellent rating. The limited indoor seating and a very odd lay out lowered the overall review to "very good". Friendly folk, large selection, quality ingredients - Be patient and don't be dissuaded by the cramped surroundings.

Since it was late morning, we onlyhad appetite for a few bakery items, but they all looked good. We actually kept one item for a day-and-a-half, andit was still outstanding! Suggest trying several items, and although we didn't have a way to use it, would really like to try their various loaves of bread too.

If you blink, you may miss this tiny wood-fired pizza/Bakery/sandwich place in Flat Rock. DON'T BLINK! the bread is outstanding! The sandwich menu is terrific and the quality of the food couldn't be better. We were referred to this restaurant between Hendersonville and Asheville, and are so glad we stopped. We ordered sandwiches and desserts, but saw pizzas and salads... More
