We ate at the Capitol Reef Inn & Café after our other choice of restaurant closed early. The Capitol Reef Inn & Café was able to take us without reservations. They had a large menu, the food was prepared well and was tasty, and reasonably priced. The noise level was reasonable considering that there were several families with children. Service... More

This Inn is very welcoming, in a super, quiet location with a fab pool. The staff are warm and friendly. The café accommodated all 50 of our group throughout the evening and next day at breakfast; everyone was happy and praised both the hotel proprietor and the Crazy Cow café for super food and friendly staff.

The food was varied, healthy and locally sourced. A real find in this area. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The pie is made by a local resident. Gifts from the shop are unique. Books of local interest are plentiful.

Capitol Reef inn and cafe is an informal but fine place to eat while in Torrey. The salads are very fresh and included a lot of different kinds of vegetables. The dressing was fair. Service was friendly and prompt. Prices were average for the area.

Torrey is an odd little town that doesn't seem to realize it's the gateway to a National Park. Customer service does not seem to be a priority. So we were glad to find this great cafe for dinner during the busy UEA weekend. The outside looks a little rundown from the road, but you enter through a cute garden area... More

Breakfast was expensive. Service poor. Food was average. The waitress tried hard. I think the problem may have been in the kitchen. Expect a full breakfast and drink to run $12-15 per adult.

This place was recommended by the motel staff. When we pulled in it looked a little run down and were were a little concerned. We talked to some people coming out and they said the food was great. There were 5 in our party. We each ordered something different and we weren't disappointed. The green salad was extra with a... More

I was there at about 5:45 pm, ordered a steak and waited more than 40 minutes to be served. The waitress did stop by after about 25 minutes and told me they had run out of the steak I had ordered and the chef was cutting more. The food was average when served, but a bit salty for my taste.

Love walking through the garden and store to get to the restaurant. Didn't care to walk outside to the bathroom.

I kept seeing this place mentioned as a place to eat and I am so glad we did. We had breakfast here and it was so fresh and good. I had their breakfast burrito and my husband had the Capitol reef omelet. Now I will give you a heads up, in their burrito it says filled with vegetables that includes... More
