Food, choices, servants, view, ambience - everything was extremely good, much to our surprise as only one out of three guide books even mentioned the area.

We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was amazing, the server attentive and the views of capitol reef exceptional. We went back for breakfast the next day, they are still developing the breakfast menu so they still do not have the full range of items...but what was available was very well cooked. The hummingbirds put on a great show... More

My wife and I ate at the Rim Rock during a two-day stay in Torrey. It was a great experience. We arrived rather late (after 8:00) and got a nice table next to a window out of which we could view the crimson cliffs of the uplift that forms Capitol Reef. Then, during dinner we could watch the colors of... More

We had a very nice dinner here and the view is excellent. The staff is great they our drinks full and were always checking on us. The food is excellent and they serve nice size portions. It is a little on the expensive side but not as bad as some others in town considering what you get. Great lace.

Nice views but avoid the pasta. Overcooked with horrible sauce. We talked with several diners around us and all were disappointed. The restaurant was too hot to sit comfortably and our server told us the air conditioning hasn't worked for years! Drive down the road and by-pass this place.

I dined here one night while in Torrey for 3 nights in May, based on reviews that I read on tripadvisor. My server was indifferent and rather surly. I had the Rim Rock chicken. I chose the salad and vegetable as my choice of two sides. The salad itself was OK, but the bleu cheese dressing was extremely watery with... More

Me and a buddy are traveling to capital reef national Park and we stopped here for dinner on Wednesday night at 7 PM, and got a table right away. Our server was very nice and helpful. We got a table right on the window with a beautiful view of the mountains. I got the special, the mahi-mahi with homemade tartar... More

Fun place to stay. Really secluded and the view is fantastic. 360 degrees of awesome red rock and the complementary breakfast is great and free! Loved it.
