The perfect location for an excellent meal after a long day driving, hiking or visiting Capital Reef National Park. Great menu and reasonable prices. We'll go there again

The vegatable enchiladas were so strange tasting. The "mole" sauce on them was kind of sweet and soapy tasting. They were disgusting. The prices are very high.

This restaurant is just outside Capitol Reef National Park and has wonderful views of the cliffs from every table. Food and service were very good as well.

Decent food,a bit pricey but expected for location. Great View and all the staff were friendly. Had breakfast there too and a morning view in the back was fantastic. Breakfast was included in room and was pretty good. If you wanted meat they would add for a fee but it was reasonable.

We both had the mixed grill here - quail, bison sausage and trout! An enormous quantity of food which I couldn't finish! Well cooked vegetables and fantastic fries - all in all a good experience. And what a lovely view!

Quail was awesome ! Has outdoor seating, was pet friendly, and the service was warm and attentive. Menu is creative, and homestyle.

After traveling from Moab, Utah, where the restaurants were good, but not great, we were pleasantly surprised to find the Rim Rock Restaurant. The views were excellent, and each table had on. The food was fresh, cooked as we wanted it, I had the tenderloin which was scrumptious! The waitress was attentive and informative, she always checked in with us... More

I enjoyed two evening meals here. I was greeted warmly and seated quickly. Drinks, bread and either salad or soup was served quickly by accommodating wait staff. Someone kept my water filled the entire stay. I chose the honey roast chicken with vegetables the first night and the storied Utah trout on the second trip. Both were excellent, well-portioned meals... More

This is a very nicely decorated upscale looking place. Unfortunately the food did not match the decorations. Very high-priced in my estimation with only average tasting food. I had the chicken which was at least not dry. The mashed potatoes were nothing special kind of blah. If you like paying too much for your food go here. I wish we... More

We have to agree with previous reviewers - the trout is wonderful! On the evening my husband and I went, we also loved our side dishes, especially the roasted squash. Service was attentive and friendly. And, the views were lovely.
