The seven of us have had great meals for over a week so the Full Moon offered us the opportunity to take a break from expensive but great meals. The burgers were a nice substitute, but one of us had fish and chips where the fish was soggy and not fun to eat. Nice friendly, smiling waitress.

Great place to have lunch, especially if the weather is nice and you can enjoy the outside area. We had a waitress that was new but absolutely wonderful. All the staff there are very pleasant and prompt. The owner is a northerner so is strange to be home South and not be able to order sweet tea but that would... More

Coming from England my husband Dave was pleasantly surprised by the excellent taste of the brewery's home brewed Paddywagon Red. The staff could not have been nicer our son's dog was spoilt with their homemade dog biscuits. Look forward to returned for a beer or two & a meal.

At the recommendation of a local, we tried the Full Moon Cafe/Brewery on a trip to Manteo to check out the Dare County Arts Council...we tried two daily specials...a Carolina pulled pork sandwich and a crab and spinach quiche. Both were good. I also tried their brewery's Baltimore Blonde...a nice luncheon beer.

We had 4 kids with us, ranging in age from 4 to 17... Maggie, our waitress, was fantastic, as was the rest of the staff. We tried a flight of beer to see what their selections tasted like- we visit microbrews frequently when we travel, and the variety was great, especially for such a small place... We got to try... We were in for a luchtime 'seminar' about craft brewing and the history of beer as part of the Taste of the Beach food-a-thon. The owner and the brewmaster were on hand and both were down to earth and fun to be around and listen to. I learned so much about the brewing process and especially how craft beer is... More

As part of the Taste of the Beach 2104 event, we visited Full Moon. We've enjoyed lunch before but were very disappointed with this visit. Compared to other restaurants that participated, we didn't feel really welcomed. The wine offered was the lowest level and food disappointing to the group. It was more of "get us in and get us out"... More

I was totally charmed by our server calling my wife and me "Babies" each time she stopped at our table. We stopped for lunch and found the cafe very busy. That surprised us as it was 2:00 PM on a Friday afternoon during the Outer Bank's off season. The seating was a bit cramped and the decor was not as... More

The food is really good and the owner is a very good beer maker. We eat there a lot during our summer vacations and always enjoy it.

The atmosphere was wonderful we had lunch and the selection was really good and tasty, they also were very kid friendly. My Husband and the other adults in our group enjoyed the attached brewery with the large selection of brews and enjoyed sampling the beers.
