I've seen this place go thru many changes over the years, and luckily for locals and guests, the Flying Fish still flies high. Good people preparing and serving good food and nurturing a great spot to hang out, indoors or out. Whether it's for a full meal or coffee and snacks, the Flying Fish has a wonderful welcoming vibe, morning,... More

We had two breakfasts here and they were well prepared and delicious - a greek omelet and a smoked salmon omelette. The cape coder scone is the best. Would definitely recommend. Only drawback was there was only one type of bread, no choices.

This is- pleasant homey spot. The bakery downstairs that makes their pies etc is amazing. We tried to get pie recipe from Bon Appetit without success. If you call a few days ahead you can order a pie to take home. Our favorite is mixed berry, and the crust is amazing

Delightful lunch - vegetarian sandwich was best I ever had. Everything homemade and very tasty. Small, local environment and service.

This coffee/sandwich shop//bakery is a nice little escape with inside and outside seating, although the inside seating is limited. There was a good variety of menu items. My sandwich was tasty. The pastries looked good, but I didn't try them or the coffee. I had very limited cell service (AT&T) on the Cape and it was nice to be able... More

This place is very popular and that means a long wait for a table for breakfast. When it arrives however, it is very good quality.

Good pizza and simple nice food, nothing fancy but prepared with care and some flare. The real note is if you need coffee in Welfleet center in the late day this is the place. Good beans from what looks like a local roaster. They also have a large selection of beans for sale. We needed coffee at 5Pm and got... More

We have eaten twice at Flying Fish of late and would recommend it as a very warm and friendly place with terrific food and good wine selection. Our service was outstanding and the price was right.

Lingering on the deck for breakfast or lunch at umbrella-shaded tables is very pleasant, and the food (ordered at the window if you're eating outside, brought by friendly young servers) is just fine, but the coffee really needs help! First try, my iced coffee was the color of iced tea and correspondingly weak in taste; second time, I tried an... More
