Good quick lunch

Had a nice lunch here for a decent price. Its primarily a raw bar but also has a sit-down indoor restaurant. service was very friendly. Food was very good and filling.

Really enjoyed our lunch at Mac’s Shack. We found the seafood and oysters to be of the highest quality and very very fresh! We shared a half dozen oysters and fish and chips for lunch and it was perfect and just enough for two. The fish was perfectly battered, just a tiny bit, not greasy at all, and delicious and... My husband and I went there for lunch. I had the fish tacos and he had the fried flounder sandwich. The fish was very fresh and tasty. Our waiter was very friendly and service was good. Would go back

During our week at the Cape in October we had 2 meals here and enjoyed all the food we had. My husband is a real clam chowder fan and he said the chowder here is the best....ever! I had a lovely lobster roll the first time and it was a nicely prepared lobster salad on a nice roll and served... More

We were exploring Wellfleet on a disappointingly rainy, windy day. Stopped at Macs on a whim. We sat at the covered and heated outdoor bar. It was fantastic! We managed to sit with outr feet on the sea shells but stayed dry and warm. The oyster flutes were awesome, craft cocktails delicious, and the bartender was fun and friendly.

We were seated at the Sushi bar because the restaurant was so crowded and were delighted by our opportunity to interact with the staff and sample both sushi and local fare. Halibut sushi! Oyster shooters in Russian vodka with sour cream and caviar! Bubbly prosecco! What a fine time we had in this very rustic and simple establishment that directs... More

Mac whoever that is has more than 3 places on the Cape and in fact two in Wellfleet. We had lunch at the sit down one (not the Pier One) and had Oyster Cob Salad, Wellfleet Oysters (OF COURSE) and clam chowder and all were great

Beautiful September day in Boston, so we drove to the Cape, intending to go to P-Town, but the AAA guide listed an interesting place in Wellfleet that sounded just about right. The thought of patio dining on such a great day was too tempting. Mac's Shack looks kind of funky, and it is, which is part of the charm. I... More

Ate here in mid September and we were very satisfied. Sat at the bar and the service was awesome. The oysters on the half shell were very clean, fresh and tasty. My wife had sushi which was also excellent. Broiled scallop dinner was very good.
