The seafood here was delicious. The catch of the day was cod served with littlenecks, fingerling potatoes and leeks with a light creamy tomato broth~ outstanding! Others in our party had the sole and striped bass that were also cooked to perfection. Best cocktail on the Cape? The Nor'easter definitely begin your evening with one.

Stopped here on our way to Ptown with the family. The Fried Sole was excellent with a caper sauce. I have been trying out white fish and the sole was a great choice. 2 family members had the lobster over corn pudding and really enjoyed it. Husband had a special of the day sole dish and said it was excellent..an... More

Drove by a hundred times and finally decided to eat there. Don't let the limited parking deter your decision. Not only was seafood excellent, they catered to a shellfish allergy in our group. Will definitely go back again.

This restaurant is one of the better upscale eateries in Wellfleet. We were disappointed with the crab cakes and tuna appetizers this year, but otherwise liked our food and service very much. The menu is varied with interesting options.

Six of us at dinner, all with different dishes were unanimous in giving Wicked Oyster rave ratings, from fried Oyster salad, raw oysters with mignonette sauce, grilled scallops, to the best most beautifully prepared grilled swordfish, served over a delicious concoction of Quinoa, and topped with. Tapenade. Excellent service, prices not unreasonable.

Four of us went, great service, friendly, efficient always a smile. Two us ordered the duck they asked hoe we wanted it cooked!!! Asked for rare and lo and behold that is how it came out, great sauce that did not over whelm it but complimented it. My wife said the local oysters were to die for. The stuffed sole... More

Though we had a reservation for dinner and the place was nearly empty, the hostess seemed distracted and ignored us for a long time. When we finally got to our table the couple seated next to us was waiting patiently with no food, not even bread. It was eerily quiet and all the staff seemed terribly depressed. A tense family... Quick service, excellent food. We went for breakfast before heading to Cahoon Hollow Beach. Very easy to get to. Food was very good, prices were reasonable.

We have been coming to The Wicked Oyster since it first opened and every meal we've had (breakfast or dinner) has been special. Tonight we shared a soft shell crab with Thai slaw appetizer and I had the striped bass special (with orzo, spinach, asparagus, and a crab Newburgh sauce). My husband ordered the always delicious catch of the day... More

The food here rocks, fresh, complex and nuanced, and is served quickly. It is not the most effusively friendly place if you are not a local.
