Kinda place U gotta check out....GREAT experience.

In Wellfleet for a wedding just after Labor Day 2014. Met up with cousins & aunts that I hadn't seen for years. We met at PJ's and kinda took over the patio. Sorry if our volume was a bit much, but we're Greek & it had been years since we'd seen each other. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream treats... read more

Not sure why the person from DC had a bad experience, but I've been going to PJs for many years and it's fantastic. Their lobster rolls are as good as they come as is pretty much everything else I've had there. I prefer going to PJs and sitting at the picnic benches than I do going to Moby Dick's, which... More

PJ'S really hit a home run with their Crab Cakes. Had to go back to see if they were consistent and they were. Light & not greasy at all, very fresh. Replay for the Very Best Lobster Rolls. Fresh buttery roll stuffed full of Lobster at market price. Friendly window service, clean outside seating (did not eat in) also great... More

Having spent many summers at the Cape in my youth, I returned after forty years with family and friends in a party of eleven for a lunch! We had a variety of items but my dish was the fried clam strips which I thoroughly enjoyed! Yes it brought back memories and the good times but it wasn't the best I... More

On our driving trip of Cape Cod, we stopped at PJ's for a lobster roll. Delicious! It's basically a stand on the side of the road, with an order-up counter, and tables outside and in. Not much of a view, but the lobster rolls were amazing! They were a little pricey, but being from a land-locked state, that's nothing new... More

We stopped by for a light and quick meal. Since they don't have raw oysters we just had a clam chowder. It was awful. Very watery and tasteless. Big chunks of potatoes and no clams. We already had better clam chowder in restaurant chains around Washington DC. This place is terrible.

Of course any place situated on Route 6 gets overwhelmed at the height of the summer-- and the view is mainly OF Route 6, but even then, locals and summer folks alike flock to PJ's for its unpretentious atmosphere, no-nonsense service and fresh, reliable fare. The varied menu--soup to nuts (plus ice-cream)-- includes heart-healthy specials and veggie dishes as well... More

Admittedly we visited at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night in October - however, the service was poor (they had hardly any staff serving) and - after offering a seat at the bar (to avoid having to clear a table in the restaurant) - we had a small table in the downstairs section. The food was ok, the Sole was well... More

I was visiting the Cape last week and remembered seeing this spot on the Food Network, so naturally I had to stop by. Do not get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with the food. It was in fact very tasty. I guess being a Midwesterner who currently resides in Texas...I thought the World Famous Lobster Roll was going to... More

I challenge anyone to find better fried clams, lobster rolls or homemade onion rings anywhere! We have been going to PJs for years and it never disappoints. The menu has .lovely fresh fish and homemade soups https://m.facebook.com/v1.0/dialog/oauth/read even good stuff for meat eaters but it is hard not to go for the "basics." Great ice cream and sundaes too. A... More
