My family and I were at the Beachcomber about a month ago on a rainy Wednesday afternoon. We had already been to the Beachcomber a few times over the Summer and had a good time. It was our last night on vacation and the kids insisted that we visit here again. Our server was initially a girl who wore glasses.... More

This is a great beach bar. Granted, we were not here during the normal busy season. We happened upon it by fluke and they were open and holding a fundraiser for the owners son. RIP Lou. What great people! The entire staff was wonderful. The raw bar was the best on the Cape. The biggest and best of all shellfish.... More

Off the main strip on the Cape (Route 6) you find the Beachcomber. Notorious beach bar at the top of one of the worst hills you bike up (remember all you PMCers). We arrived at the gate to find that cars were being turned away. We were greeted by Jeff Spicoli (Fast Times - Sean Penn) who told us it... More

Took the motorcycle to the cape for the weekend and planned on going up to Race Point. Wanted a place to spend the afternoon and have a nice lunch by the beach. Beachcomber did not disappoint. Great beach bar with good food. Motorcycle made it easy to park because this place gets crazy. Don't miss this place if you are... More

Had to check this place out, we had heard so much about it. Arrived around 1pm on a Sunday, we were able to park in the Beachcombers lot which was pretty full. An attendent collects 20 bucks from you before you park, and gives you a voucher worth that for food, or swag inside the resturant. We were able to... More

I have to get here at least once a summer. There is no better after beach bar on the planet! Good food. Good drink. Great service! Great raw bar! Great atmosphere! Been coming here for years and will continue my pilgrimage as it never disappoints! Did I mention the beach is right there? AWESOME!

This place is crazy! You can barely move outside, but this place is right on the water. It's definitely worth a trip for a change in scenery. You must have patience if you want to go inside this restaurant. My boyfriend and I just came here for drinks. Service wasn't too impressive but they were also mobbed so I don't... More

There are always crowds but it is worth it. The raw bar is outstanding. Beyond the oysters and little necks, get the seared tuna. I think it is my favorite dish in Wellfleet. The fried clams and fish sandwiches are both terrific as well.

We figured it might not be as mobbed as usual so we'd give it a shot on a chilly, rainy Wednesday for a super-casual, late lunch. And we still waited 30+ minutes. Was not expecting or looking for gourmet, and did not get it! Chicken tenders and clam strips were well-fried and tender, but I'll admit a little disappointment with... More

As far as beach bars go this one tops the list...The Beachcomber sits at the top of Cahoon Hollow Beach which makes it's atmosphere second to none. The outside bar is crowded but offers music and views of the nearby beach. We opted to eat inside which was decorated with authentic nautical items, rustic post and beam construction with large...
