I have to get here at least once a summer. There is no better after beach bar on the planet! Good food. Good drink. Great service! Great raw bar! Great atmosphere! Been coming here for years and will continue my pilgrimage as it never disappoints! Did I mention the beach is right there? AWESOME!

This place is crazy! You can barely move outside, but this place is right on the water. It's definitely worth a trip for a change in scenery. You must have patience if you want to go inside this restaurant. My boyfriend and I just came here for drinks. Service wasn't too impressive but they were also mobbed so I don't... More

There are always crowds but it is worth it. The raw bar is outstanding. Beyond the oysters and little necks, get the seared tuna. I think it is my favorite dish in Wellfleet. The fried clams and fish sandwiches are both terrific as well.

We figured it might not be as mobbed as usual so we'd give it a shot on a chilly, rainy Wednesday for a super-casual, late lunch. And we still waited 30+ minutes. Was not expecting or looking for gourmet, and did not get it! Chicken tenders and clam strips were well-fried and tender, but I'll admit a little disappointment with... More

As far as beach bars go this one tops the list...The Beachcomber sits at the top of Cahoon Hollow Beach which makes it's atmosphere second to none. The outside bar is crowded but offers music and views of the nearby beach. We opted to eat inside which was decorated with authentic nautical items, rustic post and beam construction with large... After many years on the Cape...we finally made the trip and will return. If you are going for the beach and food, read carefully. Gates open @ 10:00, however you need to be in line early. On a Monday in August we were there at 9:30 and were likely the 25th car in line which certainly got us a spot... More

You can't beat the location! When you can stomach a greasy spoon, great beers and fantastic and fun location this is your spot. Arrive early because it can be a long wait and they close from 8-9 to set up the band.

Like the black dog and other iconic places, the Beachcomber is a Wellfleet staple. If you have the right expectations you will enjoy. For a family of 5 we dropped $120. Fried Shrimp, fried scallop roll, lobster roll, kids chicken tenders, and I got rare tuna tacos (delightful with some hot sauce). That included 3 drinks and 2 sodas. Everyone... More

Went there with a group of friends after a great recommendation for a nice beach bar scene. I think this place failed us in all accounts. Everything was average. Drinks, food, scene, prices. mahhhh.

This place fills up fast. The food was average. We had the fish Taco's. Friends had fish and chips and a lobster roll. Average and pricy but we still had fun. Drinks come in small plastic cups, I prefer glass. Don't expect a view while dining.
