Wellfleet Motel & Lodge Restaurant

We had the best breakfast here in their small restaurant which is also open to the public. There's also tables & chairs on a patio outside of the restaurant; each table has an umbrella to shade you from the sun. My spouse & I enjoyed our breakfast very much; our waitress was very attentive. A... read more

A colleague told me I must visit Beachcomber on my trip to the Cape. Never been so wife and I took the plunge into clams, oysters and lobster. It was a feast of delicious food. Our waiter Josh should be awarded the gold claw....he provided fantastic service. Rivals my favorite shellfish joint, Crab Shanty in the Bronx. Hello Shanty of... More

We make a point to stop here every summer! You can't beat access to the beach, which is breathtaking [NOTE: a very steep walk down the dunes- not suitable for those who might have a hard time getting back up]- pay $20 to park, a standard price for cape cod beaches, but you get a voucher for $20 worth of... A little out of the way but perfect if you want to combine food with a day at the beach. Food was hot and very good, slightly overpriced compared to other cape places. Service was average, lots of staff but had flag them done when we needed something. FYI the scallop roll was outstanding, tuna burger not so much.

We ate lunch here today after my friend attempted to surf. The food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. The waitress we had, Leah was great and she put up with us men from Alabama. The place is a great location with decent parking and plenty of staff to assist. I recommend the oyster shooters, its a big shooter so... More

How do you close at 8 pm on a holiday weekend? Way overrated. When it is open, there is a long line and never any parking. Having to take a shuttle what amounts to a frat party is not my cup of tea.

Ok, I'm not a big party girl, if you are, this is the place in Wellfleet for you! The food and drinks are just your average bar food, and the atmosphere is very loud and fun. Too fun for an old fuddy duddy like me. Also a bit too crowded for kids, although you do see families at lunch time.... More

It is difficult to assign an overall rating on a scale of 1 to 5 because the Location and the Raw Bar are top-notch Fabulous(!!!!), but the food and service are only mediocre at best so I had to assign this only 3 stars. It is absolutely worth a visit because of the ambiance and the character of this amazing... More

If you are in Cape Cod and north of Orleans make this a destination for the day. Arrive by 11 am to get parking on site or pay for the town lot. On busy days there is a shuttle. If there is a wait , relax and have cocktails at the side door bar while you wait. I like to... More

You don't come for the food, you come for the EXPERIENCE. You are literally on the beach; a large bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The food is your typical burger fare, and they do have a good raw bar, BUT you came for atmosphere. It is loud, there are crowds, there is laughter; this is party time! The kids can... More
