Fantastic French style breads and pastries of the highest order, but you will pay a hefty premium for them. I have not tried the restaurant for anything other than carry out lunch.

We've eaten at least once a year at PB ever since it opened, and we've always had a wonderful time, but this year's experience was extraordinary. The first dinner was problematic, with extremely slow service-- there seemed to be a lot of people waiting for reservations that evening, and clearly something was a little off. We came back a different... More

Stmbled upon this gem of a café and returned a few times. It reminded me so much of the cafes in Paris. The food was great. The croissants were buttery and flakey. The salmon sandwhich was my favorite. My husband had the Parisian and he loved it as well. Perhaps one of the most crusty and airy baguettes I've had... More

An August Saturday morning, a 20 minute wait in line for some baked goods. A chocolate bombe was okay, an almond croissant was passable. A ham sandwich with one slice of ham, too much dijon on a baguette that even a billy goat would find difficult to chew -- at $10 -- was ridiculous. The coffee is very good. This... More

What a pleasant surprise. Been coming to Truro for years and somehow missed this gem. Greeted by a young and competent French host with a twinkle in his eye. Our table wasn't ready but he made every attempt to keep us updated on the progress of the party who had to leave before we could be seated. Had the absolute... More

Granddad opened his wallet for the grand kids and they followed suit. They ordered croissants, pastries, eclairs, cheesy bread, Napoleons, etc. Everything was fresh and delicious. The sandwiches made with the cheesy bread were divine on the beach later in the day. Great place to visit on Cape Cod although you will think you are in Paris.

An overall pleasant experience. Went to get coffee and pastries for my sleeping family during vacation. Waited in line for 40 minutes. Not sure I would wait like that again but needed to see what all the fuss was about. I nice young man came around giving away free samples while we waited which was very nice. My frustration piqued... More

Had a great dinner here with friends last summer. What a turn-around this year. Arrived on time for our reservation, no table available. Ok, that happens with a popular place. 45 minutes later we are finally seated. Just gets worse. Poor service, entrees are average to mediocre. A very disappointing dinner experience. Especially when the prices are well above average.... More

If you love a good croissant and crave a quick jaunt to Paris, get there early and wait in line for a pastry! We haven't had dinner there yet but we will be back to try it!

I will preface my review by sharing that I had two very good experiences at Boulangerie in 2013, but , , , I recently had reservations for 7pm on a Saturday night with a group of 7. The very flip and casual hostess informed us that our table was not ready and that we would need to sit outside and... More

There are no excuses that could explain the terrible evening you seem to have had in my restaurant. To read comments like yours just hits me so deeply and I just want to have you back in my restaurant to show you how the way you have lived your last dinner with us was an unfortunate exception. My prime goal... More
