My husband had fond memories of amazing rock shrimp from Dixie Crossroads. Although the food was good, I was underwhelmed by the rock shrimp that we ordered - it was good, but nothing to write home about. The service was average as well. For the price, I'm not sure it is worth the hype.

Food was okay, the service was okay, but the prices were a bit high for the portion I received, I won't be back.

I know the proprietor personally, and it pains me a little bit, but the Dixie Crossroads is not what it used to be. It was THE place to go for rock shrimp. While the rest of their menu was adequate, and the "corn puppies" to die for, the rock shrimp was always the best seller. Over the last few years,... More

I discovered Dixie Crossroads nearly 10 years ago on a family trip to Cape Canaveral before the age of smart phones by finding a rack card in the lobby at the Kennedy Space Center. We liked it so much that we ate there twice on day trips from Orlando. When our family decided to return to Orlando this past May,... More

While visiting our children in Orlando, we went to Dixie Crossroads today to celebrate my 65th birthday. Our children heard about this restaurant while traveling in Europe last month. The menu is extensive, with several prep methods and very reasonable prices. We had an excellent waiter, who was very attentive and had a great personality. Our 22 month old grandchild... More

Get here early. This place can get crowded. The famous corn fritters are just fantastic. They are a must have. Had the rock shrimp. As good as any place I have been. Laid back, casual atmosphere. Friendly staff and priced very reasonably. Will go back again.

We were a Party of 5 who savored the good seafood at Dixie Crossroads on several occasions this past week during Customer Appreciation Week. Our experience was enhanced this past Saturday when Mandy waited on our table and added greatly to a most enjoyable dining experience. The seafood is fresh and very good. The staff is friendly. You get hush puppies covered in powdered sugar right after you order. They are so-o-o good. They often have coupons on their web site for crabby bites. There is a water feature outside the restaurant with turtles and fish, and a gift shop where you can spend time while... More

I found this place through trip advisor and figured we'd give it a try after visiting the Kennedy Space Center which is not too far away. Despite the rest of Titusville falling to the pits, this place keeps up appearances. They serve all kinds of seafood but seem to specialize specifically in shrimp plates. I ordered a combo that came... More
