Dixie Crossroads has been serving great tasting seafood, char-grilled steaks, prime rib, chicken, fresh salads and their famous corn fritters since 1983. The menu features the very best local shrimp and fish from Port Canaveral and ranges from low cost sandwiches and baskets to high end seafood combos. Themed rooms and an air conditioned gazebo with a bar can accommodate groups of all sizes. Kids (and adults) enjoy feeding the fish and turtles in the outside pond.

Fresh seafood

This is the biggest restaurant i have seen in awhile and they appear successful, the seafood is good and there is a huge selection, it is very loud. But the food is plentiful and the prices fair, and the kids can feed the fish and turtles while u wait

After reading reviews I thought this was a "can't miss " place. I wish I had. Over $20 for 6 fried oysters and a bunch of "small" fried shrimp. The bright spot was the oysters (I think ). They were crispy and sweet, with a briny finish. The shrimp were smaller than I thought was possible for "not mass produced"... More

We are glad to hear you enjoyed the oysters but we are disappointed about your small shrimp. When we looked into your comments it seems that on the day you visited we did have an issue with unusually small shrimp and once we became aware we started putting extra shrimp on the plate. We have also addressed this issue with... More

Some years back we would travel monthly to DC from Port Orange with friends. We hadn't been in a while and decided to give it a try once more. I don't know where the glowing reviews are comming from but the food was very poor quality, and way over priced. You keep on treating locals like this and you won't... More

It is difficult to respond to your review without knowing your specific experience. You mention the quality of the food - was it cooked incorrectly, was it a wrong item, did you not like the seasoning...etc. We can tell you that we source the best local seafood available, we purchase choice meats, we use fresh ingredients in our salads, we... Lovely place, very clean and great scenery with fish in a pond and a bridge to walk over and go in the restaurant. Food was good but the portion size rather small with a fairly high price tag.

Food is good. When food is served it is hot . Corn Fritters are outstanding. Roick Shrimp is very good steamed.

Thank you Ann for the kind words. We agree that food is better served hot and that's why we cook your entrees when they are ordered. More

Everytime we come to Cocoa Beach we have to make the trip up to Titusville to eat here! This is my favorite restaurant. I've never had any thing here i don't like. We always share the Indian River. It's rock shrimp, fish, and scallops. TIP : Get your rock shrimp broiled. The corn fritters ate to die for!

They are famous for the Rock Shrimp. But if you are craving a Lobster this is it. A 20 dollar Lobster dinner, can't be found many places. Not a big one, but still hits the spot if you get the craving. Comes with sides, hush puppies. Get a coupon for the Crabby bites. We also love the Oysters. Great service.... More

Been eating here for 20 years every time I get to central Florida. Worth an hour drive easy. Ate in the restaurant last 2 times (last week), though I sometimes go to the pick-up window in the big mural. If the Royal Reds on on the menu...get them, if not or even if so, get the rock shrimp. We love hearing that folks enjoy the local shrimp and that's why we continue to stick to our standards of NO pond raised shrimp. And that Datil Pepper sauce - YUM! Just the right amount of heat with great flavor. We have that made for us in St. Augustine where they grow the peppers. Thanks for your review and we... More
