We ate here with friends Friday, March 28. The food was wonderful. We were not rushed and enjoyed our meal and visiting. We let the waiter recommend a wine to accompany our meal. We started with the antipasto. They also have rolls which are good for dipping and getting all the sauces. We had the Insalata di Cetriolo and a... More

I had dinner there on Saturday (3/29), arrived at about 8:30 and waited for half an hour to get a table outside. Absolutely worth the wait! The food was outstanding, fantastic wine choices. We were three, I had the rib (can't for the life of me remember the name of the dish, but it was cooked for 6 hours and... More

On a gorgeous Sunday afternoon, I stopped here to dine at one of their sidewalk tables. Their menu is good, as is their food. At 2pm, they were not overly busy, but my waiter seemed offended I didn't order a drink (just water) and practically snatched the drink menu away. When he came back to take my food order, he... More

We went here for lunch and the bill was over $100. The food was good--fresh and well made. The greeting and the service were ok. Just got the feeling that they see ALOT of tourists and they do a good, solid job--but nothing exceptional--especially for the price.

Our initial plan was to try Mimmos or Fillipis (sp?) but kept walking because of the long waits to get into those two. Stumbled upon Zias b/c I noticed a man at an outdoor table devouring some yummy looking pasta and decided to give Zias a try. SO glad we stopped here. Fabulous atmosphere, service (thanks Daniel) and of course... More

Ate here twice on our recent trip. Once at the bar for happy hour - nice choice of great tapas. Bar server was friendly and attentive. Only downside was HH white wine was a Chardonnay although it wasn't too bad! On our second visit we sat in the restaurant. Pasta was home made and very good. Noise levels were quite... More

I recommend this restaurant. I had a GREAT NY steak and my girlfriend had risotto. I started with a lobster and seafood bisque which was very nice. The bread was very good as well. We didn't have desert. The waiter was great and very attentive. I had three Long Island's. The first two were very good. Then the bartending staff... More

Unpretentious corner spot in Little Italy, with nice interior and a few sidewalk tables to enjoy the passing parade. Very good food, great service. Stroll along the street and check out dozens of other places on either side, then double back and stop here -- not as crowded for lunch, not as noisy -- and without the long wait at... More
