Always try to stop here when in San Diego and try something new each visit. Food is always good, service has always been outstanding and very friendly. Lamb is tasty, gyros very good. I'll be back for more.

Just finished dinner here. Very authentic and delicious. Pita is fresh, hummus and baba ganoush were just right, lamb was flavorful and falafel was awesome. Not any other people in the restaurant on a Monday night but that's unfortunate for them!

The veggie Mousaka was so great!!! Food very fresh and very kind staff. I will go there again! The plate came with a salad, fresh pita and great Lentil soup. Off Adams. Area is fun very artsy all kinds of boutiques. Great for a nice walk too.

We have been going to Country Kabob and it's downtown predecessor, Gyroscope, for many years. Chicken a la Greka and the Gyroscope plates are highly recommended. The Fish Kabob (fresh salmon) is also quite good. There is also the Symposium for two, a sampler of chef's selections. The Greek salad included with the plates above is fresh and delicious. They... Delicious and cheap - and they do take out! The service was very good. An excellent option for vegetarians.
