We w ent to this south Indian Restaurant which is nearer to La Jolla Village Dr. (10 Min drive) after visiting La Jolla Cove Beach. The atmosphere of this restaurant is very nice. We waited for 5 minutes & got the seat. We ordered Idly + Vadai Combo and Vegetable Uthappam . It took 15 to 20 Min to get our... More

I love this place! I go about once a month. My favorite is Rava Masala Dosa and Onion Uttapam.. well this place is perfect for vegetarians as everything on the menu is vegetarian.. the place gets little crowdy at times durin weekends though.. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent! I would repeat my... More

this restaurant is located in an interesting spot .. there is another south indian restaurant behind it , a chaat center/gujarati food beside it and a couple of north indian places across the street in the same plaza. the food is not bad, i expected a little more considering the competition around. we had dosa. the dosa itself was well... If you love Indian vegetarian food modestly priced and great selection including a large dhosa with the buffet meal --delivered to your table without asking. You receive your own pitcher of cold water delivered to your table without asking too. Ambiance is neutral but this is a place fill up on good Indian food.

This restaurant serves good authentic South Indian food with sizable portions. The items are just the right spice and are not very expensive either. The atmosphere and service are ok. The only compaint is that the portions of the sides (sambar, chutney etc.) could be larger. Overall, it is good and I would visit again.

The food was terrible and high priced. I would never eat there again. Atmosphere was bad and food was too if I were don't go.

Ate at the lunch buffet (awesome metal trays and dishes). We had no idea what we ate as there are no labels on any of the items. Some of it was very good. Some of it was just so-so. Great if you want to try something out of the ordinary and get an introduction to the southern style of Indian... More
