Check out "Happy Hours"! We visit this place because it was across from the OB hotel and did not have any wild people inside . It was awesome people works there and gave us wonderful experience! The BEST restaurant in OB area !

This place should definitely be on your list of places to go when visiting San Diego. After all, fresh fish is something the region is best known for. Japanese and Asian influence is absolutely king in California, so eat it up! They have a really cool sampler-style option for those of you who aren't necessarily accustomed to sushi (yet ;))... More

Little spot, pretty cheap. Good portions, awesome quail egg ( thats my quality barometer) relaxed& not as strangely elitist as the rest of OB tends to be. You don't get the vibe that they just wish you would leave cuz ur from out of town.

I got the fully cooked fish and rice dish while my wife enjoyed some raw salmon sushi(which is not my thing). I loved mine and she loved hers. Worth trying

The sushi looks good, but I prefer my seafood cooked. Try the fish or chicken teriyaki combo which is served with a delicious fresh salad with tangy sesame dressing, plenty of rice, California roll and a bowl of hot miso soup with tofu.
