First Time Here

This place was fantastic. Very unique blend of ingredients to make a fantastic dinner! Great service and One of the best meals we've had in a while. Dessert was out of this world - see photo! Plus they make their own chocolate!

Went with a groupon for brunch and my husband/5 year old & myself split it & still had left overs. Everything was tasty and the use of chocolate in all the dishes was creative & fun. The red wine sangria was refreshing & tasty. Highly recommend the cinnamon roll with egg/bacon and carmel sauce. Had to take our 2nd dessert... More

This unassuming restaurant is cute and funky and relaxing but the food is high class and gourmet without the prices! You can relax and enjoy the different menu and don't be afraid as it's delicious! The presentation is absolutely beautiful and the service is excellent! Portions are a good size and salads are very yummy! I had the baklava for... More

It doesn't get much better than starting with the scrumptious hot, thick mushroom soup on a rare rainy evening in San Diego. Using a Groupon, we also enjoyed the hearty bleu cheese pecan salad as a starter, and then moved on the mains: steamin' savory pie with chicken and leeks AND mushie and veggie wellington (tasty, but veggies were layered,... My husband and I went here for dinner on a Friday night. I had the cheese plate with the garlic biscuits, and I was very pleased (although I found it a little odd that the cheese plate didn't come with bread or crackers on it's own). My husband had the corndog special, and really didn't like it. Didn't help that... More

My husband and I went here last week, after our daughter and her husband had recommended it to us. This place is a real gem! The food is delicious and very unique -- seemed very healthy and the presentation was great. The server was super sweet and attentive. It is a small restaurant and feels very cozy. We encountered several... More

I purchased a Groupon for Eclipse Chocolate because I live in the neighborhood and like to support local merchants. My daughters and I enjoyed the panini and bacon wrapped dates. The restaurant had lots of open tables. I was perplexed as to why it took 10 minutes to seat us.

We were taken to brunch by friends. This was an incredibly delicious brunch. I'm a vegan and had multiple options to choose from, but the carnivores in the group were also quite happy. My adult daughter and I split a cup of drinking chocolate (with soy milk) and it was so rich that we couldn't finish it (well, if the... More

The food was incredible, the drinks, the dessert, the waitstaff. I can not say enough good things about this place. My only regret is that I don't live close enough to frequent it.

Mom and I love the salted caramel which is so soft and flavorful, like nothing we've found anywhere else. My 80-year-old mom wants me to say it's easy on your teeth and won't cause you to get a crown on your tooth. Another favorite is the rocky road with marshmallows and salted caramel. The store was out of rocky road... More
