We drove a long ways to come here and the dark chocolate is SO good

Mom and I love the salted caramel which is so soft and flavorful, like nothing we've found anywhere else. My 80-year-old mom wants me to say it's easy on your teeth and won't cause you to get a crown on your tooth. Another favorite is the rocky road with marshmallows and salted caramel. The store... read more

EC is not a big place, so reservations are a good bet. The food is out-of-this-world great, but it is not inexpensive. Two people with one drink will run about $75. It is worth it. Really.

A little sweet with savory is always delicious. The food was fantastic and the eclectic atmosphere was perfect.

We went here with a Livingsocial deal. They had good vegetarian options, and good drinks too. We had a very satisfying meal and a coffee each to finish it all off. The deal came with a box of truffles. We had the truffles a couple of weeks after the meal, and it was also very satisfying. They have many varieties... More

This is truly a unique restaurant. We went there for lunch/brunch and were very impressed with the menu and our choices. Their take on Eggs Benedict included avocado, a house made bread and sauce that was delightful. A frozen peanut butter mousse coated in chocolate for dessert, made my day. If you are adventurous don't miss this.

Dinner time is reserved for my savory tooth so I was concerned that I might get a sweet dinner (this is the reason why I don't care for mole). It was not that. My boyfriend took me here for our 1 year anniversary last night and we shared the mascarpone meatball, the beet and kale salad, chicken pot pie, cream... More

OK. So went here on a travelzoo deal: $40 for 2 drinks, 2 3-course meals and a box of truffles. Sounds GREAT, right? I'm so sorry to do this, but I was highly disappointed. Service was super slow-took about 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order. Drinks were perfect, though. Fancy blood orange sangria's!!! Very refreshing. But it... More

I have followed Eclipse from their humble beginnings through their expansion, and they've never lost sight of quality. Their truffles and salted caramels are the best anywhere (and I've tried really hard to find better elsewhere), but the difference is in their ability to fuze eclectic, savory dishes with chocolate in ways that don't make you feel like they just... I have been to chocolate concept restaurants in DC and Paris, this place tops them all. Well worth traveling off the beaten path. Cocktails, entrees, salads and desserts were wonderful. And, the truffles, heavenly. We will return over and over. Loved it.

No One Knows the Truffles they have seen... Great for Wine and Chocolate Pairings. Nice for a first date. Fun for small group. Thought the drinking chocolate would be thicker, but it was still very good. Love the small sample boxes to try some different varieties.
