Excellent Service

Excellent food and atmosphere, and the service was exceptional. My son took us here and our three grandkids for an early dinner. Will definitely go back.

Rarely have I enjoyed such an excellent meal and at the same time been so glad to leave a restaurant. We walked over here from our motel next door and we might have gone back a second time had the atmosphere been more amenable. Food: We enjoyed everything we had, and I was especially taken with the gyoza (steamed dumplings)... More

The sushi dinner and seaweed salad are both tasty but this place is way too noisy. Price is reasonable and service is good.

Well, for my first time eating here, I will never return. I had the beef yokisoba noodles and I got sick. for a full 24 hrs I was going to the bathroom, with a aching stomach and nausea. I go back to speak to someone and they tell me to bring a note from the doctor. Nothing to try and... More

We've always loved the sushi here but find it harder and harder to take the volume of the music. Are they trying or be a nightclub or a restaurant where friends can enjoy great food and conversation. I'd come once a week if it was more serene. Maybe crank it up after 7pm? Please

This is possibly one of the best places for Japanese food in San Diego. The prices are reasonable and the food is simply amazing. Their music selection caters to the younger crowd, for some reason. I loved the caterpillar roll, and the panko oysters. The panko oysters come as part of a set meal, can't remember if you can order... More

This is one of my favorite sushi spots in the world. The tuna tartar is the best I've ever had...ever! It is located in College Area, very close to SDSU, so beware of the rowdy-ish atmosphere. The music is loud and its dimly lit.

The food here is great, the presentation is super cool, someone is constantly checking on you and they have great music but it does get a little loud at about 8 or 9pm. If don't like loud music, then this place is not for you. Once again, THE FOOD IS GREAT!!!

Located within a short walking distance of SDSU, Tokyo Sushi Loha prepares excellent varieties of sushi for a moderate price. Their specialty menu choices give you a different culinary experience every time you visit. During my last dinner, I tried the Alaskan Roll (salmon and Cal), and the fish was well-cooked and wonderfully seasoned. A single roll was an appropriate... More

This is a fun sushi place. The sushi is great. The place is run by Koreans... It seems to always be pretty busy which means fresh fish! DONT get any kind of combo. The chicken teriyaki is gross!
