I go to Wahoo's all the time, but I preferred the Mission Valley location and after that closed, this one was the next closest. They just did a little remodeling in there too, took down half a wall, not sure what else they're doing but its being updated inside. Food is always great, friendly staff, easy parking. No complaints.

Those of us who grew up watching The Partridge Family know how important the fish taco is to the state California, and Wahoo's has it perfected! If you have never had a fish taco this is your go to place. Depending on what is fresh the fish is either wahoo or mahi mahi, and you can have it grilled or... More

I decided to try several of the tacos on the menu; including the chicken breast, carne asada and cajun fish. All were good and the portion size very reasonable. I liked the fish the best; there were nice chunks of fish that were well cooked and not too spicy. When I went it was relatively slow and I found the... More

We had fish tacos and they were great. Its a very casual environment which was great! The best item we ordered though was my son's kid's meal black bean burrito. When I go back, I am going to order that again!

Just kind of a strip mall place, but totally unpretentious with sensational food and high quality beverages.

The atmosphere is pure SoCal beach. The food is good and they even bring it to your table. All is good, but I prefer the fish tacos.

Sort of a rip off of the Rubio's theme--but different enough menu to justify a visit. Shrimp dishes are great.

When we visit San Diego from Ohio we always stop at Wahoo's, usually at the Point Loma location. I love the grilled cajan fish platter. Where else can you get this type of fish taco's? It comes with beans and brown rice. There is a surfer ambiance that complements the food; very coastal California.

It's not expensive and the quality is good for what you get. Their salsa is pretty flavourful. The only thing I didn't like was my rice and beans arrived lukewarm/cold but that was easily remedied by the server putting it in the microwave for a minute.
