Shockingly expensive wine

This is a cool place, I had hoped to return, but I won't. Sat down in patio, nice space, good music. No server, none. Waited about 5 minutes, went to bar, no bartender. There are no employees at all. Decided to walk back to table, finally got a server. Ordered 2 glasses of zinfandel, OK but not... read more

A great find near Pacific Beach. Restaurant specializes in Tapas (small plates), with some larger shareable plates. The vibe is very chill, probably helped along by the music of Group Global on Tuesday night. A trick is to get there before 7 and order from the happy hour menu. Plates were imaginative, small as their name indicates. You will need... More

This place is based upon a seaside mediterranean bar. The tapas menu is very good and our food was fresh and tasty with interesting combinations of flavours. We watched Grupo Global perform (Tuesday night) and they provided excellent entertainment. The choice of artwork on the walls is a little odd (painted nudes) but don't let that put you off. This... The owner came over and introduced himself! Very friendly! The live music is an excellent way to start the evening! The food was incredible. Although everything is about appetizer size. ..when you ate a few together you can share the orders! Food was fanatic, the eggplant parmesan was amazing! Being your friends, eat, dance and enjoy!

My wife and I were excited to finally try this place. Although the live music and atmosphere delivered, we were disappointed in our overall experience. First, they were out of three of the tapas we ordered, as well as my beer selection. Next, the lamb was cold and lacked flavor. Finally, the waitress brought the bread I asked ordered after... More

My boyfriend and I are both servers, we are super easy going and always tip really well. We had just finished a busy Easter brunch shift and decided to stop by here for a quick shot on our way home. We've been at least 4 times before and always leave more money than the included 17.5% grat (which apparently goes... More

This is one of the coolest bars with live music in town! I love their tapas, good size and good price for happy hours! Good service as well!

The French baquette comes with delicious dipping sauces; the chicken tapas are xlnt, and the garlic potatas were hot and tasty. We have visited almost a dozen times, and have always had good food and good service, all for modest prices plus live music. We are amazed that there are negative reviews.

Music was way to loud, me and friends could not even hear each other. We were so blown out not being able to even talk, only one person ordered some wine and that took a while to get. We said something about the music being too loud, and we were on the patio, but nothing happened so we decided to... More
