Fresh, Fresh Fish Fantastic

Hole in the wall place in an area being marketed as International Eat Street. Pick up a menu and plan your order as the the line you stand in moves past the case with the fish on ice. Bright, odorless, sushi grade seafood. Not fancy, plastic plates, too few servers...its all about the fish here... read more

We saw this restaurant on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives and decided it would be a stop on our trip to San Diego. We weren't disappointed! It was the first time we have eaten fish tacos and the ability to select your fish and seasoning made them perfect. Our kids loved them too! The gal waiting on us was extremely nice... More

10 days on a Yacht here , kept coming back, no decor, pic.nic tables but wow fresh fish Opa, Ahi, Yellow tail nothing stays in the ice long here the turn over is rapid, I love a fish market in which you do NOT smell fish, The Sashimi was world class yet fish market priced. This place is AWESOME

This place gets great reviews for a reason. It is fresh and fantastic fish!!! I did see this on Triple D before we went to San Diego from Canada and we decided we were going to be close so we should check it out. What a great decision. Best food of entire visit. The area is not fancy and minimal... More

Dined here twice and it was well worth the 30 minutes we stood in line. The staff is attentive. Love the outdorr dining area. We both had salads each night. The Lemon Garlic Glazed Salmon was mouth watering. We also tried the mahi mahi and seared ahi.

Don't rush out to here even if it is a triple D. Food ok. Slow slow. Waited over 1/2 hour for sandwich. Order wasn't as requested. Cashier got it right but not cook.

Excellent fresh fish sandwiches, fish/chips, tacos etc. would go back in a heartbeat. Actually should be rated 4-1/2 stars. Drawback & heads-up: Long lines!

First off, this is not a sit down restaurant with table service; order at counter, find a table & they bring you your food. If you're ok with that, you're in for a treat, fish so fresh it's amazing! (If you can't get over it, your loss!!) We had a bowl of the clam chowder (yum!) and seafood chowder (chunky... More
