Beautiful garden patio and dog friendly

The patio is known for is lovely vertical wall, so if you enjoy eating outside in a lovely patio setting, this is a great experience. Dogs are welcome so plan on seeing and even petting a few. The food is excellent. Brunch is popular here on the weekends, but lunch and dinner are also very good... read more

Our dining experience began with the busboy spilling a glass of ice water down the back of our guest. The menu had only two gluten free items that included "meat"; the seafood risotto entree was described as having shrimp; mussels; octopus; with risootto. It showed up with a huge potion of undercooked rice, 2 shrimp; 4 tiny clams and tiny pieces... More

This review is based on The Patio's Happy Hour from 3-6PM which let me tell you I am loving right now. How can I say no to $4 draft beers and $6 cocktails! The Patio has a great selection of bites to share as well as a variety of delicious libations to choose from. The ambiance is very inviting. The... More

We went to The Patio on our first night in San Diego based on Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. The food was fantastic, the service great and the atmosphere lively. To start, the menu is great, including interesting cocktails, good choice of wines and craft beers. The food menu is primarily small plates, with great diversity. We selected... More

If you're all about spending a lot of money and leaving hungry, then this is the place for you. A "LARGE" plate of scallops for $21 consists of THREE scallops, maybe two leafs of cooked Swiss chard and a drizzle of corn puree. Another "LARGE" plate special of Grouper for $28 consisted of maybe a 4 oz piece of unseasoned... More

What a great place to eat. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, food and drinks. It is nice to find a place in Pacific Beach that both non-tattooed and tattooed people can eat together and enjoy some really great food. The menu has a variety of fun small plates to share or eat on your own and a few large size... More

The service here is wonderful. I mean, truly fantastic. Every single person who works here is great. And I love the drinks and beers. And being dog-friendly always gets points from me. However, the food is just average and the prices are, in my opinion, far too high for the quality.

I've been here a few times. Service is always great, prompt, knowledgeable, except once when the waiter forgot to tell us there was no house Sauvignon Blanc, so the one he gave us was $14 (or so) a glass. Lots of specialty drink options and a decent happy hour. The key being decent. And in a world surrounded by other... More
