It's a great family place with really reasonable prices, the staff is very nice, and the food is delicious, and consistently comforting. This is a truly fantastic family restaurant. If you don't come early to the downtown (India Street) location, there will be a line, but it is worth the wait. We are in SD at least twice a month and rarely miss a trip to Phillipis. more
