We had been once before and because the food was remembered as good, made the mistake of going again. We went for breakfast. There was a party of 7 in the restaurant, and a couple sitting outside. It took about 10 mins for them to take our order and then 40 mins for our breakfast to arrive!! I had ordered,... More

I had a French Onion Soup, a Cobb Salad and Iced Tea... Salads are fresh and have good quality ingredients... Service is friendly and efficient... Prices are reasonable... Good place at Horton Plaza!

Perfect breakfast spot close to the hotel. Always great breakfast specials and most of the servers have a french accent! Fits our travel rule to never eat at a chain restaurant.

We ate breakfast there for the three days we were in San Diego. The waitresses were very friendly and the food was good - as were the prices.

St. Tropez is my favorite pastry establishment downtown. I drop in for the pastries, to go. Having read the other reviews, I might be inclined to agree, especially if I was sitting down to eat (e.g. coffee is meh, ambience is lacking). However, a few days ago, I had an early lunch (high noon) and since there was a heat... More

We loved the strong coffee, and the simple breakfasts were great. Waitstaff a little distracted, but overall a great choice.

I ended up here because it was right across the hotel OI stayed at and, well, who can resist French bakery. The place in side look dirty and the painting in the wall is horrible, the look of this place is just wrong. They need a remodel fast! The coffee I ordered had a lot of sediment and the cookie... Avoid it on sundays, as they don't have enough staff, otherwise, it's FANTASTIC! yummy everything - omellettes, yummy breakfast bowls, and good coffee. Be ware the morning rush, which can slow it to a painful crawl. Show up early and you'll enjoy the tasty treat, which is far better than going across the street to Panera!
