We loved the strong coffee, and the simple breakfasts were great. Waitstaff a little distracted, but overall a great choice.

I ended up here because it was right across the hotel OI stayed at and, well, who can resist French bakery. The place in side look dirty and the painting in the wall is horrible, the look of this place is just wrong. They need a remodel fast! The coffee I ordered had a lot of sediment and the cookie... Avoid it on sundays, as they don't have enough staff, otherwise, it's FANTASTIC! yummy everything - omellettes, yummy breakfast bowls, and good coffee. Be ware the morning rush, which can slow it to a painful crawl. Show up early and you'll enjoy the tasty treat, which is far better than going across the street to Panera!

Had a very good breakfast on the patio with our dog. The waitress was really attentive; the food was very good - love having french toast made with croissants.

We love the assortment of desserts here and the coffee is fantastic. It's right next to Horton Plaza, but stop here first and avoid the 'Coffee chains' and you will be amply rewarded. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a French Bistro and the menu reflects that. We always have pastries...but the meals look great too! Prices are fair, there are... More

We wanted a simple but delicious breakfast, and this place really delivered. No fuss, good service, great food.

During our recent vacation we went to St. Tropez 2 times. The first time was on the weekend and it was busy and we had to wait a bit. The food was good and reasonably priced. We went back during the week and there was no wait and the food was still good.

We thought this looked like a great little place to stop and have breakfast in downtown San Diego. The prices looked reasonable but then the food came out and my husband's breakfastwas terrible and my breakfast was average. The service was slow and the waitress was not friendly or helpful, there are so many better choices in this area.

On our last day in San Diego, we wanted somewhere close by to eat breakfast. The St. Tropez was just the ticket. The poor waitress was run off her feet as she was the only one serving, so service was slow, but understandably so. The food was adequate (nothing fancy), but good. Self serve coffee was a little weird, but... More
