Your paying for the view here. Food is quite expensive and very mediocre. I can't really remember what we ordered as it was forgettable, however, it was nice to watch the boats sail by.

Best meal this trip to San Diego and definitely a restaurant I will visit again. Menu contained the usual suspects, but each offering had some intriguing twist. Fresh, delicious meal paired with an amazing view of the water. Wine list was worthy of the inspired fare. Don't miss. We also tried to dine at C-Level's sister restaurant - Island Prime.... More

We dine here with our young sons every so often. It is family-friendly and the view of the harbor is amazing. Always crowded, the staff seems to have a handle on things. Service can be affected at times, however, not enough to complain. Food is very good.

Best dinning view in San Diego but you'll have to wait as they don't accept reservations. We had to wait for well over an hour for a table with a so-so view. The service was excellent but the food was not exceptional. For the price you expect more. I had the lobster mac and cheese -which was good and a... More

We had a spectacular experience here. We had to wait about an hour to get a table, however we spent this time at the awesome bar the with their fantastic bar staff enjoying delicious cocktails. When the buzzer went off to say our table was ready we were very excited. Our table had a lovely view like all the tables... More

Short but sweat. Incredible views of San Diego Skyline. A menu that only Deborah Scott can create. Truly unique preparations of dishes you may or may not find in other restaurants. Makes all other restaurants seem boring. Prices are good and selection is eclectic. Looking forward to our next trip to San Diego.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely happy hour at the C Level Lounge on Harbor Island the evening before we left San Diego to come home to the scorching desert of central AZ. We had very nice originally crafted cocktails, including a delish, not too sweet sangria, as well as multiple seafood apps, each only 5 dollars apeice. The... More

There's some definite "grade inflation" going on here, if this is the #7 out of 4,000 in San Diego. I'd say it's more likely in the top 20 for tourists who forgot to make a reservation. Don't get me wrong, the setting on the harbor is lovely. But there is little else that makes it special. Essentially this is a... More

The wait staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable of their product. The location is great along the harbor overlooking the sea. If I were rating my experience on everything but the food it would be 4.5, however the food does play a critical role in the rating. I chose the ahi tuna. The tuna was seared and honestly tasted very... More

Love coming to C-Level lounge for the delicious and creative food with an awesome view of the San Diego bay and city skyline from a table "outdoors" on the patio. The Everything Crusted Ahi is one of my favs, and now I add the Warm Baby Spinach with Blackened Shrimp Salad to that big list. The salad is an entree... More
