As many reviewers have commented, the views from this restaurant are second to none. I can't recall sitting in a restaurant with such great views. However, the food offering was very average. I went for the Alaskan Fish and Chips and my wife a salad. The fish was over cooked and there were more breadcrumbs than fish. As with so... More

This restaurant is extremely popular! It offers spectacular views of the San Diego waterfront and is a great spot for romance. Parking is convenient. However the food here is about average. If you want a great meal, find another place. I was disappointed with the Trip Advisor rating since it seems way over-rated. However if you want views of the... More

The food was of high quality and priced accordingly. Not too expensive but not cheap either. I got what I paid for so I had no issues with it, We had a window seat with a view of the harbor that was amazing.

Had a salmon blacked salad that was so good. Salad was not traditional, it has an asiatic taste. Would go back just to eat it again. We has a spectacular view over the city ans at night it is simply beautiful ! Our waiter was so nice.m. In fact, everybody was nice. We felt welcomed !

Your paying for the view here. Food is quite expensive and very mediocre. I can't really remember what we ordered as it was forgettable, however, it was nice to watch the boats sail by.

Best meal this trip to San Diego and definitely a restaurant I will visit again. Menu contained the usual suspects, but each offering had some intriguing twist. Fresh, delicious meal paired with an amazing view of the water. Wine list was worthy of the inspired fare. Don't miss. We also tried to dine at C-Level's sister restaurant - Island Prime.... More

We dine here with our young sons every so often. It is family-friendly and the view of the harbor is amazing. Always crowded, the staff seems to have a handle on things. Service can be affected at times, however, not enough to complain. Food is very good.

Best dinning view in San Diego but you'll have to wait as they don't accept reservations. We had to wait for well over an hour for a table with a so-so view. The service was excellent but the food was not exceptional. For the price you expect more. I had the lobster mac and cheese -which was good and a... More

We had a spectacular experience here. We had to wait about an hour to get a table, however we spent this time at the awesome bar the with their fantastic bar staff enjoying delicious cocktails. When the buzzer went off to say our table was ready we were very excited. Our table had a lovely view like all the tables... More
