We loved the ambiance, the staff, the food. It was a perfect lunch to end our trip. We'd love to return for dinner. We had Croque Madame, Pomme Frites, lavender lemonade, and a divine strawberry tart (with espresso, of course!) for dessert. A sunny day with the breeze blowing through, a family celebrating a wedding, just sublime. I smile thinking... More

I have been here twice in the last month for Sunday brunch. I first went with my (aged) parents based on a survey of San Diego chefs and their preferences for restaurants to eat at other than their own. My folks are great conversationalists, but both deaf, so communication can be rough. We asked for a quiet table, and were... More

Located on a busy corner in East Village we opted to sit inside as traffic was whizzing by and noisy outside. Although menu was a bit limited at lunch food was really tasty - mushroom and blew d'auvergne tart with salad and balsamic dressing was lovely. The baked Macaroni was filling and had a combination of cheeses in the sauce.... More

The food is always great and the atmosphere is pretty fun too. Great for a date and relaxing. The food is pretty expensive but not by much is the food is pretty good quality to.

The first day I got to San Diego a friend of ours recommended this place. I was a little skeptical because I had not heard any one else talk about it. So, the day before we flew back home, my wife encouraged me to go and since it was close to our hotel, we walked there. It was more than... More

Snuggled into a corner location, this quaint cafe boasts all the fixings of a bistro in Europe. I visited during Happy Hour and treated myself to the decadent mac and pancetta gratin as a 2nd course. My first course began with a light bib salad with toy box tomatoes and a baguette with cow's milk cheese. Dessert was homemade salted... More

We went to the restaurant after seeing them on Tory Burch website. I don't know what to expect since we live in London but decided to give it a try since we are tired of eating not so tasting food in the Gaslamp area. The place is about 15 mins walk from the the 5th and market street. It is... More

After enjoying Cafe Chloe many times (it had become my wife's favorite) four of us went there for dinner last Saturday night. Ten minutes after being seated, our dinner order was taken. Thirty minutes later we still had not been served. I requested the manager speak with us, She apologized and told up the food would be right out. Ten... More

Really amazing fun place to have a glass of wine and a snack or a meal. Prices are not the cheapest and you do wait as the kitchen is small and the pace is not fast. Just like France! We loved it!

Food is awesome, the Veal meatballs are the best! Great place for wine. beer and small plates of food if you prefer or just drinks or a full dinner. Very cozy, great staff, outdoor and indoor seating. In East Village and close to gaslamp area, etc.
