These folks buy (fair trade) and roast the most superb coffee. Their coffee shop has the roastery and Store behind (with a foosball table!). The owner (or rather his late stepfather) is in to old cars and motorcycles (thus the name) and is a wonderful person with wonderful staff. All in all, this place is more than a coffee shop... More

The location is not great. The cafe is very nicely decorated. I like the bar area. The cappuccino was very good, one of the better ones to be found in San Diego. The coffee biscotti was well done without any nuts. Thank you.

Café Moto has some great coffee and a beautiful atmosphere within Balboa Park. I never been to their location downtown, but I have been to their kiosk cart in Balboa Park, which is within the patio next to the Prado café.
