OMG, I'm Italian and we make our one noodles, bread, wine sauce you name it. This would make my grandparents proud. Had the raviolis farmalligia, a refreshing salad and crisp wine. Sit at the bar and get a second glass of wine and receive a healthy pour. The first is measured, the second free pour.

My self and my other half dined here in early December and I am glad we did. The service was excellent and our waiter was very "johnny on the spot" for the most part. We dined out side (while most of the world dined inside) and although it did border on a slight chill, it was worth it. The venue,... More

My friend and I dined here a couple of weeks ago while in San Diego. The food was fantastic, probably some of the best Italian I've had! We both had ravioli as a main and it was to die for! The service was also of a good standard. Keep in mind the tables are quite close together so if trying... More

We had the best fillet mignon we have ever eaten. It melted in your mouth. For appetizer the calamari are recommended. The pastas looked delicious. The atmosphere was great.

Servers were anxious to please and gladly answered any questions about the menu. 5/5/. Food was a 3/5: nothing wrong with it, but it didn't stand out from other Italian restaurants. The eggplant was delicious (5/5), but the vegetable soup was so-so, lacking pizazz. We ate a vegetarian lunch, and all told it was pretty good. Can't comment on the... More

My husband and I visited San diego for the first time and couldn't wait to try a little Italy restaurant. We were blown away. The homemade tomato sauce and raviolis were excellent. I wish I didn't live so far away so I could go there again. Service was also perfect.

It's so hard to choose a place in Little Italy-they all look great. This place is definitely worth a try. The atmosphere is very inviting and the food is great. You can carry on a conversation-it's not loud and crazy.

On this visit to the restaurant, the biggest disappointment was that food; just average. My veal Marsala was very bland, served with very al dente broccoli and carrots. My wife had a fruity chicken dish, which the kitchen made on request, modified from a fish based menu special. It too lacked a lot of flavor. We started with standard salads... More

What a nice restaurant experience we had. E and I sat outside on a January night and were quite comfortable - heaters provided to make sure that heavy coats were not needed. Let's start with our favorite part - the food! We ordered three courses to be served sequentially. We ordered one dish for each course and split them. Our... More
