We had our Valentine's dinner at Rockin Baja Lobster. We were able to sit outside which was quite entertaining...watching all the people walking and driving around the Gaslamp Quarter. The food was good and the restaurant worth checking out.

Recently on a business trip we stopped at Rockin Baja Lobster. We ordered the deep fried lobster bites which were excellent. All three of us ordered a different dish from the menu. I personally had the fish tacos. They were very tasty and we were happy with the service. Per another review they had fresh chips with a salsa bar... More

I was visiting the area with a group of friends when we found this place in the Old Town area. They have good drinks and great seafood buckets. We tried 2 different margarita pitchers and split 2 buckets. It was amazing! They also had a nacho bar, but we didn't even get a chance to try it because we were... More

We went for dinner and ended up in the bar due to the wait which was not an issue. Biggest complaint was fruit Flys we had to shoo them off our food and drinks the whole time. The food was okay nothing spectacular the service was good except we had to ask the server for everything. We ordered appetizers for... More

Was there with friends and we had a great time - which is the goal I suppose. Food was OK, not bad or good, but got the job done. They sat us outside and no heaters, so we were a little cold. Waitress was nice, but not knowledgeable of the menu.

Love their food. Had the Lobster Chowder and the Sombrero Bucket, which is enough for at leat 3 - 4 people! Fresh beans/rice, perfectly seasoned meats, and they have grilled corn on the cob.

My wife and I had not visited this place for a few years (due to a poor past experience) and we decided to give it a try again recently. The food overall was very good however, it was rather expensive for what you got. The waitress was very good with the exception that she didn't know anything about the beers... More

Ordered the “Golden Sombrero Bucket” This Incredible Bucket Includes ~ Two Whole Atlantic Lobsters,Skirt Steak, Shrimp, Chicken Breast, Snow Crab Clusters, and Grilled Corn On the Cob, Rice and Beans. It was amazing. We also ordered 2 buckets of beer. All this food and beer and the ticket was $150.00. How can you beat that? The steak was great. It... More
