Great mexican bowls

We sat outside and ate lunch before going to Coronado Island. It was within walking distance from my hotel. It is a large restaurant that has a chip bar to get for your table with different salsas, unlike other restaurants that give you just the house salsa. They have a selection of margaritas to... read more

What a great place! The waiters are 100% dedicated to give you a great time. We tried a variation of foods, and their signature dish the golden baja bucket.. Wow, just wow. One of the best seafood meals I've had so far. Worth a visit!

So, early Friday evening, we decide to stop before the rush and have a meal, and after wading through the beautiful people who apparently we're in uniforms, but not really interested in service, we found someone who was interested in finding us a seat. We ordered a couple of drinks and an appetizer, and received the drinks quickly. We then... More

We had family from 4 years old to 53 years old and everyone loved the dinner. The combo meals are a pretty good size. We even shared the different combos so we could all try several things. Not to worry though there was plenty for everyone to taste and still get enough for your meal. I thought the guacamole was... More

Went here for dinner about 8:30pm. Restaurant was not busy. Wait staff took several minutes to acknowledge we were there. After ordering drinks our food order was taken. Three of the four meals came out at same time, however one of the meals belonged to the lady at the next table. The 4th meal came 20 minutes later. No adjustment... More

typical tourist environment where they take group table photos and then try to sell them to you. Tex Mex style cuisine. You can help yourself to the chips and salsa station. Valet parking is available and helpful as parking can be problematic in this area at night due to tourist traffic.

Took the trolley from little Italy only three stops to get to okd town where we went to this place for dinner and drinks! In a word --- GO! It was fantastic with the best guavamole you will ever find - a super salsa bar with excellent choices to try including mango , black bean, habanero, etc! The drinks were... More

I stayed at a hotel near by so I decided to stop by and eat here. I ordered the Three Amigos Tacos; they were to die for! The place was fun and they have chips and salsa that you can serve yourself. The ambiance was great, we all enjoyed it. We ordered a Michelada, which is not on the menu.... More

Food was VERY salty. There were 9 of us and more than half said it was saltier than they've ever had. It has a parking lot with valet parking that's free if you eat there which is a plus. Looked like the big lobster buckets were very popular - we didn't have that but if I go again I would... More

We are from Chicago and recently vacationed here. Obviously San Diego is known for Mexican food so that's pretty much all we ate while there. We tried several restaurants and this place had the best tacos, in my opinion, out of all of them. We actually went twice we liked it so much. The first time I actually got the... More
