This place is a classic! I go whenever i want to enjoy a great meal, and i always take my out of town guests to impress. The food is big!! You really can share any dish, which is what i usually do, but the prices are cheap, so you will be tempted to get your own. Cash only, theres an... More

The bacon/egg/potato/cheese burritos are so good yet so inexpensive. Just be prepared to wait in line for awhile, even if you get there early. It's worth it though! If you are staying at Pacific Terrace Hotel, this is a short walk and good for breakfast. You can even take it back to room to eat on balcony or poolside.

Tasty, ginormous breakfast burritos and platters with a terrific view of the beach for a bargain price. Best deal in San Diego!

The price you pay for the portions is a steal! The food is amazing! If you're going on the weekends, be prepared to wait at least 15-20 minutes. You may have to go on the weekday in order to beat the crowd.

There's a good reason the line is there --- locals and tourists know this is a great place for breakfast! Huge portions (can share a plate for 75 cents more). Scattered seating outside and small indoor seating. Food is served quickly - waiting to order takes the most time. Dining on paper plates and using plastic utensils. Not the best... More

Simple, but huge breakfasts served on paper plates in rough dining room or plastic tables and chairs overlooking mission beach. Half the fun is people watching while waiting in the queue outside or eating in the small patio across the boardwalk. If that doesn't fit your style, don't go and it will be quicker for the rest of us!

I went here based on the overwhelming positive reviews on Tripadvisor. I was disappointed. The line up wasn't too bad, moves quickly. Location was great (we were staying at the wonderful Crystal Pier Hotel). But the food was simply average at best. It was just a huge plate of potatoes and egg scramble thing and I really couldn't tell the... More

OK, two years later, we show up to the same dive, a little more educated on the portion to order (they are huge). Same great food! Lines out the door; a little wait, but it's worth it. If you're looking for fresh berries and fiber, this is not your place. Go and enjoy! Sit outside for a great view of... More

Traveled here last month. Waited in the line and it was SO WORTH IT. Just excellent, yum I wish I was there now. Friendly staff and nice area outside to eat at. Love it!

Best breakfast ever! We waited in line a while, but it was worth it. TiP: Share what you order. It was also fun just people watching. Be prepared to get your order to go, the indoor seating is limited.
