The Harbor House opened in 1980, and serves fresh fish, shellfish, premium steaks and local draft beers. We offer informal dining upstairs and on the outside decks as well as tablecloth/quiet dining downstairs. Come and enjoy our great city and harbor views. Good Fish n Chips

Great Service from Danielle. We had the fish n chips and I was very thirsty from walking around. Danielle was kindly to fill my glass of tea at least five times. The fish n chips was tasty.

Unfortunately showed up on a night (2 of us) when they got slammed by two large parties without reservations. We sat at the bar for drinks and decided to eat at the bar. Overall, a great experience. The bartenders consistently apologized for the delay in our meal and kept hot sourdough bread in front of us. Drinks were great as... More

We come here every time we visit San Diego. We have enjoyed many wonderful meals. The pasta, seafood and meatloaf sliders are a hit. The service is excellent and you can't beat the view. We look forward to our next visit.

We ate here after spending the day around the shops in the area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I had the ma-hi sandwich and it was excellent. They also have sweet potato fries as an option and they were pretty good too. My spouse had the clam chowder and said it was good as well. I thought the... More

Last night in town dinner, ruined by 2 large family parties on the deck. Photos. Loud talking, and kids running about. The food was absolutely amazing though. In the end the manager comp most of the meal and was extremely apologetic. Just felt bad for the waitress, I would go back the scenery at sunset was picturesque, and the food... More

We attended a dinner here where there were about 80 people in attendance. We had a choice of several entrees and I expected it to be like a lot of places that host these events and have to serve a great many people at the same time. But this food was exceptional. I had chicken with mushrooms in a Bernaise... More

This restaurant looks across the harbor to Coronado but in the immediate foreground you can watch people and kites on a grassy area out front during lunch. Very peaceful. Food was reasonably priced for the area and mighty tasty!

I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel and we were on a short time limit for lunch. Harbor house got us seated and served quickly. I had the salmon burger. It was by far the best non beef burger I have ever eaten. The scenic patio and propane heaters made an abnormally cool spring day very enjoyable.
