This restaurant is interesting for the atmosphere alone. Skip the hip hop Happy Hour tho - loud and certainly not relaxing. This is the place if you are in the mood for Prime Rib and 1940's era - which they have perfected. I have been to this one in San Diego and also to another one in New Jersey -... More

I do not even now where to start. Until I read the gimlingal's review, I thought, why bother, as I am sure with the horrible service we received, it would fall on deaf ears. We always look forward to eating brunch here, at 94th, when we are in San Diego visiting relatives. This outside patio experience this evening was so... More

We went for dinner for a graduation party, which had a reservation on the patio. I will start by saying the view for the patio is pretty, great for little kids to run around and not be confined to a table. That is where to good part of the evening ended. One older gentleman was supposed to be our server,... More

I went there last week for Friday night happy hour. Apparently they turn into a Hip Hop / Rap Night Club starting at 7:00pm (every Friday Evening). They charge a $10.00 cover if you show up after 6:30pm. I left the lounge to use the restroom and they tried to charge me $10.00 to get back into the lounge (apparently... More

We were greeted by the hostess- very nice who showed us to our outside table (yes they have outside tables with great views of watching planes take off.) We ordered the salad bar- it was good for what was there. It was around 1:30 on a Friday and it was very limited. We had to ask numerous times for vegetables,... More

Took my daughter to brunch and the restaurant didn't disappoint. Very good brunch with tons of choices. They even have a chocolate fountain. My daughter commented "there are too many choices" Great ambiance and lots of war relics to look at throughout the restaurant. Reservations are a must!

If you're looking for a good brunch place that is family-friendly, this is the spot! They have a nice assortment of foods, a lovely outdoor patio, ducks and other animals for the kids, and a good dessert selection. Ask for Cheryl, AKA "Bubbles" to be your server and your champagne will never stop coming.

My wife and another couple discovered The 94th almost by accident on Mother's Day. Vinnie, the Bellman of 27 years at the San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina (fantastic!, but that's another review) told us about the restaurant as we were checking out and highly recommended it...so off we went. Very nice and uniquely designed atmosphere. The place was PACKED!...good... More

Located close to our hotel and with numerous high reviews we were excited at our find. Interesting decor as it is a replicate of a French farmhouse during World War 1 and sits on an airfield. I think they are known for their steaks and maybe chicken. Seafood definitely tasted like it was made offsite and was not good. Creamed... More

What an amazing place! Apparently a recreation of the WW I experience of the 94th Aero Squadron when they served in France. Every detail was perfect. Lovingly preserved. What a tribute. Eating areas inside and out (facing the small air field to the south of the building). Vintage planes. Souvenirs and apparel from the "The Great War." Food options included... More
