For a town known for Mexican food and sunny days, it doesn't get any better than a late lunch on the patio at Casa after wandering around the Old Town in San Diego. Great food, great margs and great service. A menu full of your favorites, the fajitas are great!

Diane Powers has several San Diego restaurants, all the ones I have been to are excellent. Casa Guadalajara is right in Old Town just off Taylor. Festive atmosphere and attentive service Great margaritas and cold beers. Good Mexican food. It is also next door to Bazaar del Mundo if you need to shop.

one of the best places to get Mexican food, I have found any where. Staff made us feel like old friends, even though we are from a different state. The fajitas were amazing. Served piping hot with hand made tortillas. The mariachi band was entertaining. Service was great ! I will go back when in San Diego

Based on reccomendations from our hotel, we expected more of this place. Compared with other Mexican restaurants that we visited, this one is downright mediocre. We would go downtown next time, rather than staying in the old town.

We have previously frequented this restaurant while living in San Diego. We decided to make a stop here and visit old town on our recent vacation. It was as we remebered, and didn't disappoint. Pros Service Price Location Food Quality Cons Parking Other than the parking being some what of a pain, this place was great. Would recommend to anyone.

Came here for dinner and choose to sit outside on their very big outdoor area. Salsa was very runny and did not have very much spice to it (as a reference I usually buy medium grade salsa). Food came quick and there was nothing wrong with it. there just wasn't anything that made the food stand out as great or... More

Have gone here many times in my travels to San Diego and restaurant keeps getting worse. Really feel they are living off their name. Food this time was average at best. Bowl of chips was just crumbs from other bowls and had to be sent back. Sat in the outdoor patio which was beautiful but they had many large tables... More

The drinks were delish!! the chicken mole enchiladas were just fabulous as well as the shrimp and mango tacos (Thursday special). Atmosphere was like you were in Mexico.

Let's start at the beginning, they have free off street parking which is a bonus in Old Town. The atmosphere including a great patio with roaming mariachi bands is wonderful. The margaritas are some of the best. The food is quite good. The staff is very attentive and efficient. A great dining experience at a reasonable price.

It is a typical mexican restaurant and it has a amazing food. I have been there once to have a lunch with my girlfriend and we were attended very well. Furthermore, there is a store beside it that sells mexican gifts.
