My experience was identical to the review by trojans#1, June 12, 2006 - a great indicator of consistent attention to detail. Unlike a more recent review, we found the decor to be very pleasant, contemporary, and quiet. Impeccable service from all staff, GREAT food including home made bread and a delightful amuse bouche. Best restaurant in San Diego. Excellent food in a small but very nice restaurant. Wine lovers are in heaven since this place lives to his name. The service is very good. more

Went to The WineSeller & Brasserie for my wife's birthday saturday night. What an awesome restaurant. The food, the service (Steve Barr, the General Manager) and wine were the best!!!! 1st Course-Duck Foie Gras (melted in your mouth) 2nd Course-Corn Chowder soup ( Licked the bowl) 3rd Course-Comice Pear salad (Very good) 4th Course-I had the scallops and my wife... more
