Great location : right across from the Convention Center. Super staff. Waitress suggested the swordfish. It was fantastic. I ordered the sauce on the side and used it liberally.

As good as it gets. Seated on time. Great ambiance, superb service. My crusted lamb chops were superb, however, my wife's filet was as good as a filet can be. Perfect. Incredible value.

We sat outside on the patio and for some odd reason the decide to blink the lights on their sign...highly annoying if you are facing the sign. I ordered the sirloin and lobster as did my lady friend. The lobster was great and the only saving grace. My steak was OK at best where my friend had to send her's... More

Went to this restaurant based on reviewing restaurants in Tripadvisor. The food choice was good, I had the filet mignon (8 oz) they offered larger and even though I have a very healthy appetite I don;t think I could have managed anything more than I had. The steak was cooked to perfection and exactly as it said on the "listing... More

I ate here with a group on a business trip and everyone was very pleased. Our service was top notch. The restaurant is dark wood paneled old school - very nice. We ate on the patio, and my only complaint would be that the occasional commuter rail passing nearby made a bit of noise. The food was very good. I... More

Had a fabulous dinner. Muck better than Morton's or Ruth Chris 8 of us at a round table. Good was excellent. Service was better. Nice to go to a nice restaurant that isn't pretentious. Expensive because we ordered a lot. Good wine selection. Portions are huge so we split dishes. Right at the entrance to gaslight district

2nd visit to this restaurant - was here 2 years ago and this time didn't disappoint once again - swordfish cooked perfectly, sautéed spinach was also perfect, and the service was fantastic - no complaints and will visit there again when I'm back in San Diego

This restaurant is located very near the convention center. A group of us (4) went here during a lunch break at our convention. We were relieved to get in, thinking that the ten minute wait before sitting meant we were on the right track to finishing our lunch within a reasonable amount of time. Wrong. The wait was excessive. The... More

What a great location ... too bad not much else was great about it. We (seven of us) sat outside on the patio which was great for seeing and hearing the sites and sounds of the city (although the trolley bell got annoying after a while.) We each commented that our entrees were mediocre at best (meat undercooked, fish overcooked,... More
