Great food need to invest in air conditioning

It was so hot out and really uncomfortable but the food made up for it. We love this place and will be back but maybe next time in the winter.

Such a great experience. Yummy food plus great service made a nite to remember. We asked our great waiter to pick our tapas meal. He asked great questions and out came greatness. Shrimp chimichirri, Spanish chicken in cream sauce (you would want to eat as soup) and a wonderful cheese plate arrived looking good and tasting better. There was a... More

Tapas is "Spanish" for appetizer. The tapas bar is attractive and the tapas they have are good. But the selection of drinks and tapas is somewhat limited.

We love Spanish food, and the food here is good, the owner was friendly too. We chatted about Spain a bit, he said he had never been there, we have been a lot. Not the most authentic food .... He said that Spanish tapas was similar to Mexican food....sorry mate , you are completely wrong. Lovely wine though!

The creativity and flavor that fills their specials menu is what keeps me coming back. The wine and beer selection pairs exquisitely. This is my favorite restaurant in San Diego!

This restaurant has been there for years, and I've always meant to try it, but never did, till recently. Now I have to make up for lost time and get my rear end back there soon. Good food, very reasonable prices, lots of happy hour specials, delicious sangria, and very friendly, low-key service from the owner, who also tends bar.... More

There are few genuine tapas locations in San Diego. Picasso consistently produces tasty, reasonably priced meals. There is a wide variety of choices on the menu plus daily specials. Happy hour tapas specials for as low as $5 and a pitcher of Sangria make an easily affordable treat. The service is warm, prompt, and knowledgeable. Portions are large so be... More

This was my first time back to Picasso in almost 10 years and I knew what I wanted to order, which was still on the menu. We were greeted warmly, the place hasn't changed much which I love. all my favorite dishes were still delicious and we tried some new ones. I highly recommend this intimate authentic restaurant in the... More

Service here is great and the place is nice. Food is good, but living in Europe and being a frequent tapas-eater, I've had better. Definitely worth a visit or two though

It always intrigues me that Tapas Picasso has been open for as long as it has. Every time we either drive by and look in or stop in for dinner, there are very few people inside. That's the rest of the worlds loss. As with any tapas restaurant, you can order several plates per person and share. Many times I've... More
