Seafood Galore. Pt. Loma Seafood is the first place we go for lunch when we hit town. Usually the Fish Sandwich Plate. Giant fish sandwich with fresh sourdough bread and just the right amt. of tartar sauce, french fries, and refreshing cole slaw. Wash it down with a fresh local craft brew, domestic, or ice tea. Never been disappointed. So... More

Tomatoes, raw white onion, parsley, and no discernible seafood in a cup of lime juice. This was horrible, and the only thing that wasn't consumed at our table. The smoked monk fish tails were sublime I'll say, as were the scallops, and everything else. Nearly a $200 lunch, and everything was delicious, but for the ceviche. Come on PLS...

Stopped in for a quick bite and I do mean quick. Parking is only allowed for 30 minutes here. I had sushi and it was delicious and not too pricey. My buddy had shrimp and said it was great, their fries were pretty good too.

We ate here on our first day. I had the tuna salad sandwich which was delicious and the sandwich itself was way more then enough food. We came back to get some smoked fish for dinner and we got the wahoo which was one of the best smoked fish i have had. Very busy but I can see why!

This was a great find despite the not so easy accessibility to the venue. The food was outstanding and the choices spoiled us. It is a really casual place where dress is totally optional and the atmosphere very laid back. We shall return when we are next in San Diego.

Ordered a lobster sandwich and it was $18 and not very good. Blew my socks off that it was that expensive. Way too much bread-to-lobster ratio. Lobster rolls should be served on a hot dog bun. Don't they know that?

Fresh seafood well prepared in a very casual fish market setting. There was a line of cars waiting to get into the lot. We parked in the adjoining neighborhood & walked back. I had the fresh Alaskan halibut plate which included 4 nice pieces of fish with coleslaw & fries. Delicious. Some of the best halibut I have had. My... More

It's been a tradition for over 30 yrs. to go here whenever we are in San Diego. It's family owned, right on the bay, always consistent, quality food and many areas to sit (inside, outside, upstairs and down).

Went with a friend to try a fish sandwich, and decided to try one of my favorites, clam strips with French fries. The fries were delicious, the tartar sauce somewhat scant, but the clam strips were perfectly battered and fried and to die for. I'm one of those people who finds something good on the menu and never orders anything... More
