Freshest seafood to eat in or take out

This large market has display cases from which to choose a wide variety of fresh seafood. They make meals and sandwiches to order deli style, with tables inside and out. Try the lobster roll-yum!

i live in San Diego and have eaten here many times. Right on the Harbor many fresh fish and seafood choices to take home and a very nice remodeled casual Restuarant where you order from the counter. I have enjoyed the fish, fried clams even sushi BUT ordered the crab cakes--terrible!! Only small amount of stringy --no lump crab--and mostly bread... More

Don't be disappointed as you arrive around dinner time and look through the window at the bounty within! Glistening fresh fish and house-smoked varieties rarely seen. All manner of wild shrimp. Terrific sides and efficient counter service. Outside seating with views of docks and fishing boats.

I have never seen so much fresh fish on sale like this before. What a choice..!! We visited a midweek day and the place was packed, inside and outside, which is always a good sign. Parking can be a problem, as there are dedicated parking spaces for the eatery. You will find someone there directing you to free parking spaces.... More

We had lunch and the location was nice with free parking for customers. We ordered fried shrimp and sat outside on the upper deck. The shrimp were large but tasted like they had been frozen. The slaw had very little taste and they give you lots of French fries. My review may be a little biased because we have the... More

We enjoyed Point Loma Seafoods. They have a wide selection to choose from and reasonable prices, take out and plenty of seating. You can order prepared dishes or choose fresh selections from their refrigerated cases.

If you are in the mood for a halibut or cod sandwich, this is the perfect place for you. The bread is freshly baked with just a bit of tarter sauce, large enough to split between two people.

This is THE PLACE for fresh seafood, whether you're buying it and taking it home or ordering something to eat on site. It's all super fresh, basically come right in their back door from being caught. The lobster roll when available is great - Never have had anything bad there!! You can't go wrong if you're a seafood lover.

Great view of the harbor as you stroll into this combo eatery and fish market. Shrimp Louie salad was good and so were the fried shrimp & fish taco. Great beers on tap and a very cheerful staff.

Great place to get fresh seafood. Order what you would like to eat and they prepare it for you. We had awesome Dungeness crabs, carefully prepared just how we wanted it. Very low key setting (you'll have to use plastic forks and knives) but the terrace upstairs with a view over the marina makes up for it. Very friendly staff... More
