We had lunch at Napa Valley in Horton Plaza last Friday. We chose the prixe-fix 2 course menu for lunch($18). I had a cabbage salad and Mahi Mahi. Both of these were excellent. This place has good write ups and we went based on that. Is located in Horton Plaza downtown, so people just come in regardless of how poorly dressed. Have Nordstrom's and McDonald's across from restaurant. Service at the bar slow and inattentive, mixed drinks so so, prices high. Wine samplers, three 3 oz. glasses run about $15. with dinner.
