The imperial House Restaurant located across the street from Balboa Park has been one of my favorite restaurants for many years. Their Steak Diane and Banana Flambe' for dessert are the best in town. The Maitre' D and waiter Mr Felix and Hector have both been working at this restaurant for over 35 years and their customer service is outstanding. more
