Brian's is a great restaurant with a retro 50s coffeeship atmosphere. Big portions, fresh food, a varied menu, good service, friendly staff, reasonable prices (for the giant portions). It's very busy for Saturday and Sunday breakfast/brunch. Solid, consistent, great. more

We ate there for breakfast as it is located next to the hotel. I would definately eat there again. Great breakfast. Did not have any other meal. Service is a bit slow, but they give you a pot of coffee to ease your wait. They give you large portions, the good is great! more

We love going here for Sunday morning brunch. Big portions, inexpensive and right across from the Hillcrest Farmer's market. If there are just 2 of you, avoid the line and head from the bar stools - usually no wait for that. The biscuits are heavenly. more

This place is comfortable and it has wonderful food. You can find traditional diner meals and healthier California style dishes. The salisbury steak was a little disappointing. It was just a hamburger patty thrown on the plate. Chicken fried steak is excellent and so are their salads. Make sure to ask questions to ensure you get the dish that suits... more
