We came in after a long day, topped by whale watching. We were really hungry and thirsty. And Miguel's really satisfied us. The food and service was outstanding. The only drawback was that we thought the pitcher of margarita's ($28) was a little light on tequila. The two of us had at least three glasses each and had NO buzz... More

This was a large group, 20 plus. The meal was buffet style with three different types of meat and all the toppings, it was very good and the service was prompt.

The food was reasonable in price and the taste was very good. The best thing was the white sauce you get to dip your tortilla chips in.

Miguel's Cocina in Pt. Loma has authentic Mexican food, many dishes to choose from. A couple of years ago they remodeled the upstairs and added downstairs eating. They put bar stools everywhere upstairs (except the patio) and made it a sports bar atmosphere. I liked the tables better. I think the quality of the food went down after the remodel,... More

Nice place. Clean. As other reviewers have said, the white jalapeno sauce is wonderful. Great atmosphere. Service was awesome.

We walked over here one evening for dinner while staying at the Island Palms hotel on Shelter Island. We had grilled swordfish tacos which were fine but nothing special. Good portions and reasonable prices.

Very good service, took reservations which is a must on weekend evenings, food is good, not outstanding, and the ultimate margarita tasted like it had too much sweet and sour and was short on the other ingredients. There seemed to be ample free parking which we used. We had reservations for a party of ten and there was a room... More

We read the reviews before deciding to eat here, and it was okay, but I would certainly not go out of my way to recommend it or return. The jalapeño cheese dip was good, but my swordfish taco was forgettable. Portions are large and well priced so if you are feeding a crowd it is okay. We didn't know it... More

Some of the best Mexican food I've had since Doris's Cantina in West Yellowstone closed. There chile cheese sauce was unique and very tasty.

Although the food was average, the ultimate margarita and deep fried ice cream made up for it! Had the enchiladas rancheros and we're not that good will try something else next time.
