White cheese jalapeño sauce = delicious

Can't say how authentic this place is but I love "Mexican" and thought the food here was really tasty. The white cheese jalapeño sauce you get with the free nachos is simply amazing. Ordered the lobster enchiladas and was overjoyed to see they were smothered in said sauce - num num num. Our... read more

We were a group of nine and had made reservations for after the completion of the Walk for Chrones Disease. Great table, fantastic service (wish I could remember her name) food and drinks were perfect. Even a special gluten free menu for some of the folks in our group. Personally recommend the Enchilada Suiza.

This place is the best! We carried out several meals of lobster tacos for lunch the next day as they are so good!

I go on the 5th of May! Cinco de mayo! They were packed.... What an amazing staff. They managed the overflowing crowd (which tells you how popular this place is) with wit and compassion. Amazing. The food, really unlike most Mexican fare and delicious. Waitin' for Miguel's to open a place here in town. Happy Day!

Located right next door to the Ramada Airport. We went here twice. They have great chips and salsa! One of the dips they serve complimentary is a white sauce and it is excellent altough I could stand more jalapenos in it. The staff is very nice as is the clientele.

Out standing breakfast menu. We have eaten here three times. Their chorizo potatoes are amazing. Try to get an outside table upstairs. Friendly staff is very attentive. You will not be disappointed.

We were recently in San Diego (for our first time) and the family were really looking forward to 'authentic' Mexican food on our first day there. We rented our car from Enterprise Car rental at Point Lomas (highly recommended) and we asked for a recommendation on Mexican restaurants locally. From 2 independent customers who were in the car rental agency... More

Came to get some authentic Mexican food and the highlight was the chips with the white cheese jalapeno sauce. Couldn't stop eating it - was addictive. Dinner was good - but that sauce was the highlight!

I had heard many good thing about this restaurant but in the end it is just another Mexican restaurant. I had carne asada which was nothing spectacular. My wife's fish tacos were good but we have had better. There is nothing wrong with the place, it just seems like there is more hype than substance.
