I got invited here by a friend. I must say I was impressed with such delicious food and a very friendly staff. The ambiance was like being in southern Mexico with all the talavera tile.

We could not understand why we had to wait outside for a table for over 20 mins when there were plenty of empty tables inside and in the patio. I did enjoy the free chips with 3 different salsas. Everything else was over-priced Mexican food. It was OK. Not my favorite place to dine and won't be coming back.

We loved this restaurant in May 2013, great food, great happy hour and awesome dip. This time we went July 4th, at 1:55 pm, the server advised us no happy hour until 2 pm, which was 5 minutes away, and hardly no one was here due to July 4th, terrible customer service, we ordered fish tacos, and huevos rancheros, the... We love Mexican food and saw the great reviews. Excellent choice! The atmosphere here is festive and fun. Enchilada Suizas and Carne Adobada Mulitas were delicious. Before our entrees arrived, the manager nicely asked us if we would mind moving to another table so they could accommodate a large party in our section of the restaurant. No problem for us... More

Three of us came for dinner. Two ordered carne asada dishes and both said they were very good. I always fill up on the chips and salsa--and they brought a really different cheese dip with whipping cream--so I just ordered a shrimp appetizer. It sounded delicious on the menu--had a cheese sauce. but it was overcooked and the cheese had... More

Everything about this place was great-- from the service to the food to the drinks to the view from the patio upstairs! There was a lot of locals having lunch, which is always a good sign when you're a tourist. We came shortly after the lunch rush and there was still a steady stream of people coming and going- a... The food's great; from seafood to steaks, the chips, the jalapeno cream sauce, everything is delicious. Margaritas are tasty, and the view (from upstairs patio) is a nice treat too. My wife loooves the calamari relleno, and I usually sneak a fork or two myself, it is delicious. When they have steak tampequena, get it. Miguel's serves up a great... More

I hate here on the recommendation of a local. The food is delicious. I was in Point Loma only for a long weekend, but dined here twice. The white queso w/ jalapenos is delicious. I recommend trying one of their specials. I had the fish tacos for lunch one day and loved them. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.... More

Really liked the outdoor seating and view at the Harbor. The food was pretty good, but the shrimp fajitas were overcooked a bit. Loved their white queso sauce best I have had. The server was very friendly and outgoing. Worth the visit.

We found this place when we stayed in Shelter Island and it was really good. The prices are reasonable and they have a great variety of dishes to choose from. They have this great cheese salsa they give you with home made tortilla chips. I really liked the chicken fajitas but everything is good.
