Not so Hot

What a disappointment. The pork belly kebab was all fat and the chicken satay was dry and tasteless- served with piles of very ordinary pickled vegetables. The hummus was lovely, though- but that's not hard to do. We enjoyed the house queso and chorizo wrapped in a corn tortilla but they didn't... read more

Took my daughter, who is a vegetarian, to Indigo after reading about it online. It was very good. The only reason I have not voted this one of my best meals ever, is that I travel a lot and have a lot of amazing meals; but this place will be revisited someday. We had a Baked Brie Appetizer that was... More

Great spot for dinner or a quick bite. Happy Hour 5-6 pm all San Diego beers on tap $5! I needed my greens and started with the baby kale and quinoa salad. Large portion with grilled bread on the side. Went for a Habanero Sculpin and Fried Chicken. Good portion 5-6 wings with a nicely paired serrano vinaigrette. Slaw underneath... More

We ate at the Indigo Grill last week, and it was so good that we went a second time for our last night in San Diego. We went for happy hour and got the baked Brie with jalepeno jelly....AMAZING! This was one of the best dishes I have ever had. The flavor on this dish was incredible between the spice,... More

Went for my wife's birthday, based on friends recommendation and menu. 12 hours later and I am still thinking about the baked crusted brie. I enjoyed all the food, and found the food cooked perfectly. At first I was a little concerned because I thought it would be hard to hear my wife and friends, but we were able to... More

the interior is very nice. Food and drinks are good, prices are reasonable. Many dishes are acute, so be careful.

In the heart of Little Italy, this place was fabulous. We liked it so much the first time that we went back the next night. And it was priced right!

Several of the standard CBR's dishes (Skirts on Fire, etc.) surrounded by small and very small dishes. All interesting and mainly well conceived menu. Bucket of skinless fried chicken the big hit with younger members of our group. Typical Little Italy location; noisy and crowded with younger patrons. Well worth trying and probably even revisiting.

Looking for a truly unique spot to have a truly unique dinner? Indigo Grill has A very interesting menu and the selections are unbelievably good. There are dishes you will not find anywhere else and they will expand your taste for new foods. The experience is often like visiting several small restaurants rolled into one. There is a variety of... More
