Worth the wait!

Amazing food with big portion sizes! Great service too. Definitely worth the wait. Both traditional and unique menu options available.

This is a popular spot, we had a bit of a wait for a table when we arrived about 9:00am on a Saturday morning. The hostess station uses an app where you can check on the status of your table and see how many people are in line ahead of you. They'll also text when your table is ready so... More

This lively Hillcrest spot gets busy, so be prepared to wait for a table at breakfast. But...the food is worth a wait. I tried "The Tractor Driver Combo," which included two eggs with bacon, and a blueberry pecan flapjack. No kidding...the flapjack, which was delicious, was the size of a large pizza. I could have easily shared my breakfast with... More

I love me some HHAGG....for reals. So I was super excited that San Diego had one! SCORE! I am disappointed because the space is very small and the vibe just isn't the same. The food is good, but definitely not as good as the original. It's good, but flavors are a little off compared to the OG location. If you... More

This is a very popular place so be ready to wait a little while, is totally worth it, at first when you go in and walk by the tables you are wondering, what did they order is huge? turns out that their style but don be intimidated you can share or have it by your self, is mostly the presentation... First time visitor. Believe it's a tad over-rated. Believe most people go their for the large services which are somewhat overboard. When you compare the cost with the food you get, most services are probably over priced and food is wasted. We see few people with doggie bags, but much is thrown as most people cannot eat an inch thick... More

Hash house a go go is great. The food is very good and the food is all big portions. I never finish my food. Only thing I hate is the wait time, but it's worth is. I would definably recommend this place.

Definitely worth the wait, despite standing outside in the queue for an hour. The pancakes were the biggest and best I have tasted. A good choice of pancakes and a huge menu of alternative options. Excellent food.

I went there for breakfast on a Thursday before we left san diego. The menu is huge and when our breakfast came out our jaws dropped. The plates were huge with food piled on them. We could have easily split one dish and been satisfied. Definitely a must when visiting.

Chicken and Waffles tower---amazing! It's a little pricey, but the portion sizes are huge and good to share. I'm so glad I finally got to try this place! All the dishes that we saw looked huge and delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more hash house creations!
