Anyone reading trip advisor reviews has to understand that they are subjective, & dependent on one's biased experience, and this one is no exception. I rated this as high as I did, because we stopped to eat here after a visit to the Midway Naval Museum, at an odd time. Too late for lunch, and too early for dinner. The... More

I was really pumped up to go to this restaurant. One of the best locations on the bay and the patio is perfect. Being from the Midwest, fresh fish is hard to come by. I love salmon and wanted a light meal so ordered salmon Caesar salad. The salad was literally just romaine lettuce and dressing with a piece of... More

All of the fish is freshly caught and the menu varies daily depending on what was caught that morning. The food was fresh and tasty, but not amazing. Most of the fish entrees were just "mesquite grilled" with a seasoning salt on them- which is something that I could do at home. The dish was served with tartar sauce which... More

Beautiful area to hang out until table is ready- wait on a monday night was about 30 mins. There is seating outside, with heaters on cool nights. We sat inside and it was pretty loud. Grilled veggies and little potatoes and sweet potato fries are all excellent add-ons to your meal.

Excellent menu, fresh food, creative variety of side dishes, good services and a spectacular view. Be sure to sit outside. If it gets chilly, they will supply heaters. The scallops were great. We also had an appetizer with corn that was superb. Very unique offerings. Pricing is not cheap but this is a splurge meal that is well worth it!

The food is not cheap, but so many different types of fish to choose from. Very delicious. Very fresh. Great salads, great wine selection. Excellent waiters and waitresses. Would highly recommend!

We ate there during our visit to San Diego. I tried smoked fish sampler and was not disappointed. It was served along with very tasty butter and small toasts. This food combination was just perfect. This place also offers local catch and it super frh.

Found this resturant by accident, I recommend if you have time and want a quality resturant exprerience check it out whilst in San Diego. Simply amazing menu and the cherry on top of the cake was sitting on the resturant deck outside with a cold drink eating great food watching the setting sun. Some tips: parking before 8pm is metered... More

The parking situation is a drag (lots of quarters required, and we had to feed the meter as we lingered through our meal--the restaurant was kind enough to make change for us, at least!), but the experience is worth it. We had a lovely window seat downstairs, and the view was outstanding. We asked for the sushi menu (in addition... More
